My brother, your logic lacks coherence. God's willful refusal not to answer the prayers of Nigerians does not substantiate the inexistence of God. So, the ego is the Devil? ( who could be the cause of all the terror, conflicts, starvation, depravity, anger, pain, and suffering in the world today ), The devil lives in my head? ( it's funny how much truth we know but don't understand, so we don't know lol. The devil lives in the head {left hemisphere/centre for logical/linear thinking, intellect; which is prone to lying by defualt} as opposed to the right hemisphere/heart, seat of intuition, home of the self) Wow. This explains why some thoughts i think, i wonder where they come from. I understand now. Okay, wow, so, this means it's not me thinking sometimes, this means i don't have to feel guilty about my thoughts anymore. Since, i can't kill the ego, I'll just ignore him/it observe. ( I won't advise to ignore but to just watch over it like a mother would watch her babe, with keen love. That way you're aware and it can't just sneak up on you ) This means i have to be careful of what i feed the ego. What i read, what i hear. To weaken it or him. But how come the ego is louder than the voice of the holyspirit? How come it's so hard to hear the holyspirit? (The ego speaks in more than one voice, hence "He {man} as become like Us'' i.e like two or more). The solution lies in Psalm 46:10 " Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. "

You've been very much helpful this past few days. You said which of the 'I' s? I guess i don't know. I don't know myself and i don't know which is the real me. The only me i know is the one typing these words. How do i stop feeding my egoic mind? How do i kill the ego?

I guess you've trained your mind to see things that way. This my own stubborn mind has refused training. Sometimes the thing is just thinking on its own like a machine (compulsive thinking, funny enough majority suffer from this mental illness and it's very much under diagnosed...I'm a healing sufferer too so I know) without remote control. Me, I'm just here suffering on the inside, smiling on the outside (we are all role playing my dear, na every dey carry facial mask jare). All my life mistakes has led me to this point (If this be true, what led you to making those mistakes). I shouldn't have backslided (what your definition of backsliding). I deserve all these (if you agreed from you statement above that you are role playing, which of the 'I'(s) do you speak of).

I just hope one day i find freedom (where and when), and don't tell me i already have freedom (isn't this the TRUTH, introspect on this 'I AM THAT I AM'), i have all these knowledge (what of understanding ma'am) on God's grace at the back of my head, but my mind has refused to think it (it's no the place of the ego to think what will KILL it). Me, I'm fed up (I don't mean to be rude but I think you're not). The more i fight it, the more i lose (why continue fighting a battle you know is lost). I'm sure God is listening to my impure thoughts. It's me thinking this things, but then again, it's not me (voices in your head, what do they say?) I'm fed up (what do you do when you're fed up with a situation, let it be I guess). I don't think i can make heaven because of my evil thoughts (it's not in your place to think if you can or not but it's your duty to know you either live in your heaven or exist in your hell)

Sometimes i wonder if i was possessed (yes, possessed by your own possession...your mind), but i don't think i was (of course the used cum user wouldn't want the original user to know he/she/he is being used by creating defences, manipulation/control mechanism). I (please be specific, which I? ) wanted (wants leads suffering) to do those things then. Sins i find repulsive rn. But, It was me (there are more than one PERSONality in a man but when one makes a decision every other suffer the consequence. My Yoruba folks will say "tí ęlésè bá ńję ìyà, olódodo máa pín ñńu è" ) doing those things, not the devil ( do you know the devil?).
