I said 3 to 4 hours before sleep. So you can do the maths. If you sleep by 8pm, then you should eat your last meal by 5pm. If you sleep by 9pm, then don't eat after 6pm. But most people tend to not eat beyond 8pm because they usually sleep late.

But no sane person will tell you to eat your last meal by 4pm

So only insane people eat by 4pm and take fruits and water for the rest of the night then? , so in what category will you put the ones that eat suya by 11pm and wash it down with two bottles of beer ?


I don't think you are in the position to determine who is sane and who is not when it come to how people choose to eat tho, pick your words wisely next time. What ever it is you think you know to now be an expert on who is sane or not ,let me remind you that you are not the originator and where you think your black and white enlightenment stops is where another person's starts

You just suffered yourself for nothing. It is advisable to eat a light meal 3 to 4 hours before going to bed. Eating a light meal by 7pm is okay. But generally, it is taken that people who intend to cut down their weight should not take a meal beyond 8pm.

Eating your last meal before 4pm is just suffering yourself for nothing!

body metabolism differ, so also what you call light might not be light for another person's system. For someone hat sleeps early, eating by 8pm is rather late if you had said nothing beyond 6pm it will make more sense.
