that might be closer to it but I'll suggest u get their first or just go to Ikeja High Court for d affidavit and
find ur way to Surulere for the age attestation.

From ojota, just take a buss to Ojuelegba, board another buss going tru Bode Thomas to Bab Animashaun, ask or just look around for d sign post. Its also beside NYCE office.

for the affidavit,all u need is get to the nearest high court with 1 passport photograph,a typed format for declaration of age and 500naira or 1 passport photograph nd 1k(they'd type the format for you).for NPC,2 passport,d affidavit nd a typed letter containing ur bio-data nd ur parents bio-data nd 3k if in Lagos nd it'd be ready in 2 WEEKS.u can read old posts for the format on the letter for npc.hope this helps

Outstandingsand: Gudmorning house, please reading through again got me confused on the birth certificate thing, i have a birth certificate issued to my parents in 1990 by the oyo state registrer and its original written in pen, sighned n staped buh in a normal short certificate paper form and reading through i saw something like birth certificate in short paper form is not acceptable can someone explain please.. I really dont undastnd.. Thanks.

yes the short paper birth certificate isn't accepted,the dv requirement is NPC birth attestation,so pls continue reading through old posts,u'd see how to go about getting it.Hope this helps

Obatide: I would advice you do it now.
Its also advisable to get every other documents intact except MEDICAL & POLICE REPORT to ease your stress whenever your 2nd NL arrive.
Even if possible, Get your $330 processing fee ready in Dollars too, all these will ease your tension when you are current.

he brought out d forms to send to kcc out for me to start filling, my hubby was annoyed dat wot kind of a tin is dat, dat we r coming for d 1st tym nd u want us to start filling d forms.. so i insisted dat am not filling any form inshort am not interested again in d whole tin.

d agent later call us bak to com so we can negotiate.. we went dere with my uncle. so d man confess dat i he played as a single nd i won as a sinlge dat if we want him to release our information to us we must pay him.. he said cos d guy he want to merge with me wants to pay him 2million nd since i dnt agree i must pay him sumtin for him to release it to us...

he charge us 750k it was my uncle dat talk to him to reduce it for us .. nd he says d last he can collect is 500k...

my broda we have to pay him, since it is me nd my hubby or else he wont release it to us.. he used his own email which i dnt knw..

I now realised dat dtas d way he dose merging ppl togeda nd d oda party will pay huge amount, while d pricipal will belived dat truly, he/she won as married of which its a lie.

That was on a lighter note though,been a while I commented on this forum,been kinda busy but I never miss reading each thread at the end of my hustling nd bustling day.Am so happy when I see a success story nd makes brace up more for my forthcoming interview too,not current yet though.But I noticed we haven't seen any testimony on anyone who has been denied in 2014,we saw some denied stories on 2013 thread,sad but helped others to prepare nd re-prepare for the worst that could happen.

E-passport 17k,police clearance 5k,medical for her and baby,she should budget like 70k,visa fee $660 for her and baby,e-passport will be for her and the baby,that's 34k,her birth attestation in NPC 3k,flight ticket should be like 300k depending on the age of her baby,if she can go with $1500, think she will be good. Wish her all the best. She can do her passport anytime she likes.

Please who has gone for medical?please come share your experience with us.People with kids,do we need to go with evidence that shows some of the immunization a child has received before so as to avoid repetition and reduce cost?

please did you go for the medical for your kids with any evidence of some of the immunizations they have taken at some different hospitals?cos sm1 advices we go with our hospital immunizations card to show the vaccines she has received so as not to repeat same,maybe that could reduce the cost

doctorp76: yeah u can get a line to use at pay as you go shops and its like 70 dollars but after that its 50 dollars every month payment, as per for the cna course you need to wait for your green card and your social security card to start the course...

all u need to do is print 2 or more copy of d form u already made mistake incase u make anoda mistake.Now fill d form correctly wit d new information u want to add or remove,if its d form dat needs passprt fotograph attach it,check 2ce to be double sure u av given d right info dis time,scan nd send back to d email address,u'd get an automated reply mail,ignore,say in a week or so,dey'd send u anod mail confirming d receipt of ur document.if u wish,u can asterick d part on d form u adjusted.I think dis shld help.All da best.
