Capaldi: Nairaland men types and comment like idiots sometimes. Look at fools supporting the idiotic man and blaming the woman. The amount of stupid people on Nairaland is irritating. They are right though. Look at d write up. It was very obvious that the lady couldn't deal with the man. She prolly married him because she was 30 and thought she could manage him. She earned more and she claimed there was strong love between them but from the write up it shows clearly she have the problem of giving, how den couldn't av seen dis financial problem coming in? She mentioned he asked money for a project, I don't even think she considered it before saying no. Sometimes in marriage, we have to leave the society norm in one place and do what will work for us. I'm sure the guy have his various faults but this write up shows more of her short comings than his |

Health › Re: Pain During Sex by lahizak: 11:31am On Nov 03, 2021 |
Me23: Hello my Nairalanders,
I will go straight to the point and won't waste your time. I just recently got married let say 3weeks now, my wife was a virgin when I met her and we didn't have sex not until our wedding night. On the wedding night, I couldn't penetrate in as it was difficult for both of us because she always feels serious pain anytime I tried to enter. Finally I was able to enter on the third day, even at that it was just the small part of penise that was able to enter but mehn she scream so loud but sha I could confirm the blood.
After that we've had series of love making and I always go slow as I know that's her first time, but anytime am about to go in, she always feel pain both during and after sex. Sometimes the pain will reduce and while atimes the pain will be so much that I will have to stop the love making as I couldn't take it while seeing her in pain, she would want me to continue because she wants to satisfy me and because I could wait all this while without having sex.
Before our wedding, we decided to do some check up for any kind of infection so as not to take any chances for anything that would ruin our sexual life, and we were treated accordingly. After this experience of pain, we had to surf the net to know what could cause the pain, and some of the results and things that could lead to can be pain during sex are: genitals wart, lesion, blisters around the genitals, scratching and having burning sensation around the genitals etc I checked her vagina to see if there's such I didn't find any and she also claims she doesn't scratch or experience any burning sensation.
Pls to all the doctors in the house and to those that have had such experience pls help this guy and his wife. I was on celibacy for two years o and now that I'm ready to enjoy sex now this one come dey show up. Go to those big pharmacy and buy a very good lubricant. She is a virgin, so for a while probably a month or two, it will be painful but it will get less and less painful everytime. Use a lot of lubricant and take it easy with her. Don't start to dey use Jackie Chan styles yet. Ask pharmacist if there are ways to reduce the pain. But this is normal |

The worst mistake a chaste man can make is marry a wayward lady. She won't even appreciate his chastity and will still cheat on him and vice versa. There is a huge difference between waywardness and body counts. Nobody should marry a prostitute or a girl who have sex 4 money. This is a modern world, people have sex because it is part of life, not for money. In as much as the lady in question isnt having sex for money but for love and konjiness. Body count doesn't rly matter. Many of the girls I know have sex when in relationship not prostituting themselves. Like I said, the last measure I will use to judge my wife will be her body count. After a year of dating a girl, u should be able to know the kind of girl u dating. I can't lie, I no dey feel virgins at all, people wey go blive say their virginity is enough, many dat I av met no dey put in efforts at all |

Datedoboy: Young girls and boys don't be decieved. This is to counteract a post on the front page of this forum https://www.nairaland.com/6818137/body-count-means-nothing-body
Why does your past matter? You cannot value a car that have been used roughly by several drivers in the past and pay high for that car as you would pay for a brand new car.
These girls are trying to twist the law of diminishing returns which is impossible.
Also, can you overlook a serial rapist and entrust him with your daughter because you don't believe in someone's past?
Don't let people who sleep around anyhow make you feel it is cool. Instead of them to feel remorseful, they validate their actions.
Some even say marrying a virgin with bad character is worst than marrying a loose girl with good character just to ridicule virgins. Now tell me where is the good character in sleeping around.
As a young virgin either boy or girl, keep yourselves chaste cos u can easily be like them but people who sleep around can never reverse their virginity in these world again so they want to pressure you to loose yours that's why they come up with every statement to justify their loose morals.
Let them continue. God will judge every word said and actions at his right time if it is good or bad. Stay blessed guys I wonder y u mentioned rapist in this as if it is the same. A girl virginity status should be the least basis for judging a girl b4 u marry. Most of we men are not virgins, so y will we be expecting to marry a virgin, isn't that hypocrisy. At the end everybody will chose for themselves anyways but what I know is that nobody should make anybody feel like a worthless being because of same thing men do. We guys have slept with a lot of ladies and we still plan to be faithful once we got married, so why do we find it hard to blive ladies can do so also. Been sleeping with a lot of girls with my small dick and till now I have never seen a girl with a wide pussy like all of u use to say. |

Do you know what it means to sack almost two dozen Generals in an Army whose present Commander in Chief was a former Army General himself? Don't be fooled. The Army chief was simply obeying a direct order from his supreme commander. Malamii himself was just playing to the gallery with that funny back and fro with the Generals and the courts.. Basically pretending he was doing something when he must be laughing at their backs.. If only people know how evil malami and buhari are. Spark2: Hi guys, I trust this meets you well? I am 25 years old, I'd soon be 26. I'm a graduate, I served in Kano and stayed back after service doing a teaching job. I am paid 35, 000 naira per month. The 35k finishes on transportation and feeding even before the month ends.
I started learning a skill in tech about a year and half ago, I've gained some confidence already in web development, I can call my self a Front-End Developer now with some knowledge of back end development... I have made up my mind to keep learning everyday. I have a dream of going fully into tech and at this point in my life, I need a job that will offer me the opportunity to learn what I'm personally interested in. I want to work in a team that will help me to grow, not a teaching job where I am overworked and get home tired everyday and have little time to code.
After sitting and considering all these, I made up my mind to resign my teaching Job by the end of December. I'm going back to my hometown (a state in the North central) where I hope to go down to Abuja in search of a better life or better still if I get one in my state.
The thing is that I'd need to take this bold step now while I'm still a bachelor before I get married and unable to.
I understand that it is a hard decision to take, but if I let fear hold me down here, Many years will pass and I will be here held by fear. A colleague shared his story with me, that he was afraid of leaving and for him, it's 11 years now teaching and he is still struggling. He's married and it's now difficult to take any step as such.
I need advice, if possible share your experiences so that I will learn.
Thank you very much I made a similar decision at ur age also, retained by my PPA on a salary of 25k. I kept telling myself, dat he bad as he bad, I fit get job of 25k anywhere I go. So I resigned to look for a greener pasture. D next 2years after that decision was hell for me, the most terrible times ever, so much rejections that made felt like a worthless been but after the 3rd year, I got a good job and now I'm doing way way way better than my colleagues that stayed behind. I will advise u to take the step but be prepared for a very difficult time that will eventually get better |

DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THEY BRIBE YOUR SENATORS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PER YEAR?

Please go mind the cause of your poverty and stop mentioning me - if you cant afford DSTV there is still Startime, TSTV, Strong and loads of other free-to-air channels for you to watch! U definitely not a businessman. Even if u are, u prolly the one that follows the crowd. This is one selfish write up that neglect the double nature of all businesses, profit is very important so is customer satisfaction which price is a major part of, relative to the economy, DStv price is too damn high and their is a whole lot of ways DStv can generate money to balance cost and gain profit. Just imagine how much profit BBN alone generates for DStv, there is the Voice, Nigerian Idol and they can make variety of others. Setting the right price will definitely increase sales which will definitely increase their income. Are u sure u own a business? Because this mentality won't make u very profitable |

Moblux: That may not be true. The issue in Kwara state is quite peculiar. The christian missions maintain their schools by members money that is why these Muslims find them attractive. It is true the population of Muslim pupils/ students outweighs that of Christians in some of the schools affected. Go to the schools belonging to Islamic mission and see deplorable state in spite of successive government pumping money to maintain them and neglecting Christian mission schools.
Christians who value quality education no matter how poor they are won't mind sending their children and wards to good school no matter the cost. W Lol, I admire ur thought but the truth still remains that the only reason parents send their children to public secondary and private school is because of the fees involved. No public school education is as good as private. and I agree with you, many will stay if the school is returned and fees increased but many more won't be able to afford it, hence be forced to leave. This is Nigeria, and the useless govt we have has almost turned us to the poverty capital of the world |
Politics › Re: How To Resolve The Hijab Controversy By Farooq A. Kperogi by lahizak: 9:16pm On Mar 27, 2021 |
Iegendhero: The article is superb and sensible enough.
—Hijab is a fundamental right of a Muslim girl who choose to wear it and it will be demeaning that at this age, we are denying them the right to expression of their religion.
—Currently, those missionary schools are public schools financed by the government and this gives every religion the right to enrol in it because their taxes are used to finance the school.
—Thirdly, to be fair to the Christians, those schools were their creation before the government took over. They also have the right to say they don’t want hijabs in those schools to maintain tradition BUT the Muslim girl also have the right to wear her hijab devoid of discrimination in a school of learning.
—Hence, to stop this back and forth, the government should return the Christian schools back to their owners where they can have the luxury of administering it as an almost private entity where their tradition can be enforced. Any Muslim that chose to go to the school then must conform 100% to the Christanic tradition and any Muslim parent that chose to foment trouble should be arrested.
—Lastly, the government can build more schools in the area affected to accommodate the vast number of students that will be out of school or try to accommodate them in schools closer to the affected area in the interim before they complete that.
Personally, it hurts that we can be bickering over these things we ought to have gotten over at this age and time. Did any of you consider the fact that once the school is returned to the missionaries, more than 60-70% of students will be forced to drop out from the school. The only reason why most students are their is because of the low fees, dat fee will significantly increase if it is returned, lot of innocent children will be affected. |

Reference: Those are just the raw facts. Looking at it another way. It can also be misconstrued that the government is funding religious institutions if non Christians are not permitted to exercise their liberties in such schools.
Ownership is everything. The day for instance Covenant, or Redeemers, or Babcock and all the others begin to receive government subsidies or cede ownership in part or whole is the day changes to their operations will begin.
It is inevitable no matter what agreements were reached prior.
Once again looking at it from a Christian (that I am) perspective, once again I suggest they tow the path of wisdom concerning the biblical Isaac in the land of the Philistines and 'dig new wells'.
It is a bitter lesson but why fight over what God has clearly departed from. It is just common sense. These schools are now state run but the schools only want to be collecting money from govt while dey continue doing their thing. Who does dat? The real fight is to find a way to take back d school from the state not for stupid men and women to gather and start harassing innocent children just because they are wearing Hijab. Those children feelings no even concern them |

oluwaseyi0: As expected you start shifting goal post when you see that consession will be made for other religion just like your people did in South West
If truly you believe the state has power to determine uniform then why is there a problem when the uniform does not have hijab? Which has been the case many years after the school was taken over by government, but you people violently wear hijab for your wards when it's against government approved uniform (as it's currently in most south west state)
Let's start from the beginning, remember this schools existed from the 19th century and even some 18 century, and the government acquired them mostly over 50years ago and same uniform has been maintained why is your people asking the government to add hijab but reject that rosery should be added Rosery is an accessory, Rosery are beads same with the Muslim tesbir and I don't see Muslim asking for tesbir. Hijab is a necessary part of Muslim clothings. and for years they have been forced to put it off and now they said it is enough. So it is okay when people are fighting against old beliefs but it is not okay 4 Muslim student to fight about the old uniform believe? And yes if the traditional worshippers are recognised by the state govt as a religion, they should also be considered when making rules guilding the state school. So don't even compare Rosery to Hijab because one is an accessory while the other is a cloth and it is the issue of uniform (cloth) that is under discussion here. Accessories can be added whenever dey so wish |

oluwaseyi0: By religious tolerance I believe you don't mean Muslim alone? Because they seems to be the only one always asking for a waiver
Should Catholic students be allowed to wear their rosery? Should traditional religious people allow to wear their religious regalia on the uniforms? Should non Muslim allow to drink alcohol on Kano?
How is it uniform when it's no longer uniform
I'll rather every single one is wearing rosery and hijab, so far everyone is wearing EXACTLY the same thing ... that's UNIFORM It is a state school and with such, the state determined the uniform, and right now the state determined that Hijab is part of the uniform. The only right thing for Christians to do is fight so that the school will be returned to the missionaries so that they can continue to run it the way they want. But the govt can't be paying and paying and not be able to take decision. |
