Well, admission is almost anytime but registration has timeline. Meaning u can have admission and not able to register until registration is open.
The mode of operation is Distance Learning. When u register, you are provided with your course materials for you to study. There's no physical classroom. Your tests are online but exams are at the study centres although during the pandemic, the University conducted virtual exams but we are not sure if that will continue when the pandemic is over.

Hi. Please d reason i wanted NOUN was because I don't stay in one place and I want to get done with my masters. I want to apply for m.sc biz admin but my question is will I be able to write my exams in any state I found myself in or we will be ask to chose exam centre when we nearing exam day. And please what is d estimate total u spent for a full msc program

My babe of over 2 years called me this evening for 2000 naira to get some body soap products.

People leaving one dream agency for another dream agency, one was even looking for opinion on transferring service from CBN to NCC. A huge lesson learnt and I will suggest everybody should start using escrow for sales on this thread and sellers should only insist on home delivery using registered logistics like DHL, GIG among others. Unless if the buyer specifically request for a cheaper means of transit which the seller must ensure that the buyer agrees with evidence like screen shot and recordings to take any risk for. Sorry to the buyer, this issue and loss is on u, once u agree way bill, naturally the risk is on u unless u have it in written and with evidence that the buyer has agreed to take d risk. Jamb duty is to conduct and forward the exams scores. Trust me, some names have been shortlisted for d screening already, jamb score list is just to add few names to them. Jamb part is already over, is not their recruitment so they don't have a say after forwarding d scores. Its all over to d powerful men at immigration and interior

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is conducting recruitment examinations for about 191,000 candidates who applied for jobs in the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

Speaking with Journalists during the exercise for candidates into the NIS on Monday in Abuja, the Secretary of the Civil Defence, Correctional, Fire and Immigration Services Board, Yakmut Alhassan Saleh, said the computer-based exam was taking place at the same time in 126 centres across Nigeria’s 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

He said: “All over the country, we have almost 190,000 candidates out of which 113,000 are Civil Defence, and for Immigration.

“We have 78,000 candidates across 126 centres in Nigeria.

“The examination is broken into three phases; we have the one for graduates and HND, NCE and OND and the third one for secondary school (leavers).”

The examination, according to him, was being conducted by JAMB to ensure transparency and avoid rancour and confusion that trailed a similar exercise a few years ago.

Yakmut said: “We need to go through a transparent method of a recruitment exercise and it has to start from the word go.

“This is just one component of the exercise, after this, we go into physical and medical as well as psychometric exercise.”

He said the Interior ministry was into partnership with JAMB to ensure that every candidate is given a fair opportunity to prove that he has the merit and requirement that we need.

On the number of vacancies that are expected to be filled by the applicants, the Board’s secretary said 9,460 jobs are up for grabs by successful candidates, adding that the results from the JAMB recruitment exam would be released immediately after the exercise.

“Immediately we get the results, we will shortlist for physical and medical checkups before 15 December (2020) IPP and capturing will commence, and they will now go for six months training for specialisation.”

“In both organisations, we are recruiting 9,460. 5,000 for civil defence and 4,460 for immigration,” Yakmut said.

Congrats to those that wrote this exam. But please don't put ur mind too much into this. Remember that NIS only need 4500 out of 75000 that were invired for d exams. Without sure connection ur chances of getting this job is extremely low. I remembered my NNPC experience, after writing exam, I got lucky to be invited for interview and I was like maybe God is indeed marvelous and he will rly help a poor struggling guy, I was wrong, after waiting more than 8 months with intense fasting and prayer, I wasn't picked, I had d knife in my hand and I was a sec from suicide. So please don't put too much mind to it, in fact cancel ur mind from it and go about ur normal duty. At the end if u get the job consider urself extremely lucky and remember, nothing is fair about this recruitment, u will never see ur test score and names and application numbers will be massively swapped for those with sure connect. This naija, even if dey say it will be fair don't deceive urself into believing it is fair. Good luck

I like your view because it points out my main issue. Why do men place their mothers above their wives and not their fathers? I mean where is the place of your father in all these? Why don't men priotize their fathers in their own marriages? Why always the mothers? Exactly! Because their fathers failed you talked about affections and sacrifices mostly from a mother and not the father, and so men are mentally wired to want to treat the mother that went through all of these better.
And this isn't me painting a personal narrative, this is reality. Our mothers have always and will always sacrifice for their children, even in this time some women will stay in an abusive marriage bacuse of their children. All these are sacrifices.
At the end of the day, a man raised in a completely healthy family will most likely not have a reason to sow seed of discord between his wife and mother, simply because his father was sufficient enough has a husband for her.

U d one that mention mothers, most men will always put their parents over their wives and then their children over their wives, although there are some men that will put their wives over anybody if and only if the wife has done enough to prove her loyalty to him over d course of time.
