my relatives have been disturbing me for money.

Can you imagine resigning your federal job to get to the village and start staying?

The calls, the demands, the attacks are getting too much for me.

Please should I just switch off my phone so that no one can contact me?

I just need advice?

This is a simple case, move your mum to where you are, cut them off. Take care of her!

You can even get a nurse specifically to care for her.
Move her from that village asap.

Just tell them that you want her to come and spend 2weeks and keep her with you.
