Hello Lapazi,

You do not need to notarize any of your documentation, it is optional. An Article of Association/Memert shows the share capital of the limited company and the directors according to shares. If it is not available to you, get a lawyer to draft one for your use.

Do not use a company sponsorship except the company are willing and has committed financially toward your study. Instead of paying for the first-year semester, make it the full session and have your maintenance cost transferred to you coupled with an adequate explanation for the term deposit. The same applies even if you are a board member.

Ensure to also include a board resolution letter for the decision reached, budgeted amount, liquidated amount, etc. to be committed to such sponsorship intention. The company can be an investment you are part of where your regular 9 - 5 salary and other earnings go into, and your 9 - 5 can be your primary income source. If the pay isn't sufficient, help the officer understand it is based on your passion, especially if it relates to your proposed study. But again, you will have to help the officer understand how you were able to invest in this said company.

Anything you do, you still have to provide your bank record to show your earnings and cash flows to either or both income sources. If you think a company sponsorship will be stressful for you to justify, you can use a related individual for your application. The funds from the company can be used to pay your tuition, demonstrate your maintenance cost, as well as run your account if your account is insufficient.

Kindly note that these suggestions are based on the information you provided in your post and may not be accurately fitted to cover grey areas in your application. Only filter what is valuable and discard the rest.

Place the blame where it should be. If ASUU members go on strike because govt have refused to pay what is due them, should they be penalized? Who then penalizes the govt. U have conveniently refused to blame the govt for the strike in the first place. Maybe you are pro APC. Banning ASUU won't still return normalcy to the Unis. At the end, Buhari is too dull else his intervention should have been b4 they even went on strike and not now. Why should we wait till it it get to strike? Why is govt not proactive? U ain't a student of Nigerian history. From time immemorial, Unions don't obey court orders they take as unfair. How many times has NLC been prevented from strike or protest by NIC and they didn't obey. You think ASUU actually expected a favorable ruling? They just did that to play the game. I repeat that if you actually think that ASUU would have obeyed the ruling without any meaningful offer by govt then u are naive. Moreover, the chief disrespecter of court rulling is the Buhari govt. Instead of you to fault the govt for reneging on agreements which led to the strike, you are dwelling on the strike itself.

I completely disagree, it is absolutely wrong for ASUU or any other union for that matter to contravene on a court injunction, the fact that they have gotten away with it in the past doesnt still make it right!
Based on this position the govt can legitmately seek for the disbandment of ASUU and completely overhauling of its members from it services as lecturers.
ASUU should abdolutely not be encourage. The only losers here are the student if ASUU eventual gets paid for a service they didnt render. They must find a way to compensate the students else this is rubbish and will definitely repeat itself in the nearest future.

Not true. Form A is for invisible payments (payments for services), it could be school fees, medical fees, dues/remittances etc. You just need the right documents to process one which I'm sure you have hence the reason you submitted your request.

The challenge is as a result of FX unavailability from CBN to process these requests considering the recent surge in invisible payments and the devaluation of the Naira.

Banks will treat on first come first serve, who you know and how urgent it is.

Keep disturbing them and ensure your account is always funded for the debit so they don't get to your turn and see that you've withdrawn your funds - if that happens you will have to reapply and wait for another 40days.

Youre very correct. I learned this the hard way. Globus bank does not process diploma or PGD courses, they claimed its an internal policy.

So those planning on using this for such programs should find alternatives.
