The ACN i.e Tinubu and co were meant to be brains of the operation when it came to the APC arrangement but Buhari assuming power and not following their leading threw a spanner into the works. Yes we should rightly link Tinubu to the failures of Buhari's government however we shouldn't ignore the obvious internal friction between the two.

Many forces within the APC who have the ear of PMB wanted to cut BAT down to size but someone Tinubu survived them.
