Jarus: Another thing you should expect: after the successful candidates are finally contacted, some of them will run away from this thread or enter ghost mode, refusing to comment again, people that used to be active here o. Mostly out of fear of NNPC withdrawing their offer or "hear no evil", or evil eyes.
Some of the candidates we (ie my personal firm, JarusHub) coached for DPR got the job, some got back to us to tell us they did, some did not for fear of us announcing their "success" to the world, or just keeping it secret. It was when they resumed that some of those that contacted us came to tell us that they saw so-so persons that were also part of our coaching in Lagos/Abuja/PH on resumption, but the people themselves did not tell us they got the job. We only knew of one during this NNPC, when she sent her husband to our coaching, on her advice.
I think it is a Nigerian thing. Many people will not announce their success here. You will just not see them again.
So, expect some folks here that are vocal here to enter quiet mode after success emails/sms/letters drop. Or perhaps they immediately start seeing themselves as part of NNPC and refusing to comment publicly here, even anonymously.
I will not be surprised to see that less than 10 people will announce their success on this thread. I attended your coaching and God willingly, I will definitely drop my success story here. |

The squad is thin but with those kids it won’t be. Don’t know how long it’ll take him to “ease them in”. The season is still long sha.

15/16 and 16/17 Hazard played with Costa and dropped 9 assists combined in 2 seasons Hazard is a very good player. Infact I will take him in my team without thinking twice. He has his qualities, strength and style of play but sometimes you just have to accept that some people are better than him in some certain categories. |

Yeah. That wasn’t wise. Should’ve been 80 or at most 83min.
Top 4 at least. It’s achievable. Let’s see how we play Crystal Palace this weekend.
Na with fire and brimstone we suppose approach that match. We are definitely beating Palace. I have no doubt about that. My major concern has always been lack of replacement for the players that left. The squad is very thin and I already know Lingard or Mata can’t be trusted. Even D. James does not seem ready. I want to see more of Greenwood, Gomez, Chong and the likes. Seeing Lingard again n again irks the hell out of me. Also, I pray Ole improves on his in-game management, it seems he get confused or clueless when things are not going as planned. |

airmark: I come with facts. We know how Mourinho demanded his wingers to fall deep and how you scummies said it hindered your wingers contributions upfront, so don't go there. Unless you want me to dig your a.sses out. It would have made sense if other wingers were topping Hazard's assists under Mou. He still tried more than all your wingers under Mou. None of your wingers had more than 6 assists.
Now to Fabregas, you exposed your technical knowledge of football. Where are his heatmaps? Was Fabregas required to quickly run the length of the pitch like wingers, while switching from attack to defence?. Anyone that knows football and watched Fabregas then, wouldn't ask that question.
You are even comparing Fabregas that hardly got pressured to a player your team had to ask one of your players to be following up and down for 90mins.
Don't just jump into an argument uninvited, with limited knowledge. You are the one that will keep shifting the goal post everytime to defend Hazard. Firstly, you brought Morata clips to show why Hazard doesn’t have enough assist. When someone else reminded you that Hazard played with Costa and he still had low assist, you shifted to the manager. Secondly, none of our wingers are on Hazard level, so if those players are what you want to use to compare Hazard then maybe Hazard water has found his level. Everyone is at fault for Hazard inability to have assist except Hazard himself. I’m sure you will still shift the excuse to the size of the pitch or the color of the ball. |

You are dragging Morata when they brought up Costa, you moved to the manager. Was it another manager that was there when Fabregas was supplying double digit assist to same Costa? It is not even arguement you will win. Learn this and know peace. |

yungmin: were geologist and engineers grouped with social sciences discipline during the interviews? So on what basis are comparing higher score?
However, in every organization, there is what is called ''core functions'' or ''core operations''. Engineering and geophysics are at the core of the NNPC operations. So, it is normal to have them give more considerations to the recruitment of technical staff. These are the core employees of the corporation. A lot of these social sciences positions are support staff. Please, this is not to spite anyone. In organizations like banks, CBN, FIRS etc, they would not employ as much engineers as they would do for social and management science discipline.
So, your complain is baseless EOD |

We for hear am.
I like the fact that we adjusted and matched their intensity in the second half. Should’ve gotten a second goal but we just didn’t.
We bossed the game but didn’t create many chances. That’s one of the problems we had. Lingard was Lingard and James still never get things right.
2ndly, Ole got the subs wrong. It would’ve been better if he brought Greenwood on at the time he brought Mata on. His last two subs were toooooooo late. Maybe he was concerned about the physicality of Wolves but 5 minutes is too small for those 2.
We move. Crystal Palace next. @ bolded, is this not what we are saying that some said we are wailing? |

spillo1: What do you mean by solid? How many chances did he create yesterday or is it the side to side passes that is confusing you. Lingard was in charge of linking the midfield with the attack. Pogba job yesterday was to control the tempo of the game which he did. He played deeper than other midfielders. You can go through my post and see how much I have lambasted Pogba, but yesterday apart from the penalty miss, he did his job. |

afrodoc2: Thanks for the summary. Not much of a surprise that we drew cos Wolves are giant killers at home. It is good that we played better than last season but it seems chance creation will be an issue again this season. Ole has to start giving Gomes and Greenwood more minutes because i don’t think the senior players starting in their place are any better.
Shaw is the weak point in the defence now that we have upgraded at CB and RB. I believe AWB needs to polish his attacking game cos like i always suspected he seems limited going forward for now. Defensively though he appears to be a beast.
It was a mistake starting a player like James against a team like Wolves that sits back and parks the bus. I believe Ole gave them too much respect and opted for a player who tracks back rather than Greenwood.
Pogba is our best player but that doesn’t mean he should be our penalty taker cos i don’t think he is really that good at it. However anyone can miss a penalty and i don’t think he should be criticized for it. First half was brilliant but we could have scored the second goal. Ole needs to improve on his in game management, the moment Traore came on the game changed and momentum was built. OGS should have twerk with the line up because D James was really ghosting and he was on a yellow and Lingard was non existent in the second half. Leaving it too late to make a sub when your telling is drawing only means you are prolly playing for a draw. If we didn’t buy reasonable players during the TW because we want to give Yoot a chance, he had better start giving them those minutes because like I said earlier, relying on Lingard or Mata to become good is like expecting water from a rock. 1pt gained, we move. |

chidexxy007: I laugh when you guys are complaining about sub, look at that bench again and tell me who the game changer is..
My own with Ole is that Pogba shouldn't be allowed to take penarity 4 us again and Lingard should be substituted and the space left blank if its Mata they want to substitute him with.. So what’s the talk about Greenwood, Gomes n co then if he can’t trust them enough to play? Since he said there’s no right player available in the TW, he has no choice to use those he has. |
