Politics › Re: Lagos State Residents Registration Unveiled. Fashola PICS by larride(m): 8:28am On Sep 20, 2013
Some people should please learn to read. This is LAGOS STATE RESIDENT ID CARD, if you don't reside in Lagos, then you don't need the ID card. Lagos will definitely move forward, we need proper database for planning and providing social amenities to the masses, if you reside in Lagos irrespective of your ethnic background, go out and be registered so that you will be able to access all govt. owned facilities. Nobody should bring tribalism here.
Politics › Re: President Jonathan Re-introduce Car & House Loans by larride(m): 4:21pm On Sep 19, 2013
Atouke: lets see how it will be implemented hopefully it will not only be concetrated in Abuja for a few senior civil servants? if they are serious it should be decentralized and administered through the federal ministry of housing/ federal mortgage bank branches in all the 36 state. eg a first phase of 1000 housing units in all the 36 states = 36,000 units with provision for low income earners within the estates. that will be a game changer.
You are right, if you read my other contribution on this thread you will notice I touched on how the plan will be implemented, this idea needs a strong institution to thrive so that it won't become one of those good ideas that yields no impact on the masses. I don't really like the car loan, I would have prefer a student loan to a car loan but I guess we will take any one we get. This policy should not be for the upper middle class or senior civil servants as you said but it should be for everyone because its a dividend of democracy and should be felt as across the citizens and not some selected few. We are watching.
Politics › Re: President Jonathan Re-introduce Car & House Loans by larride(m): 3:56pm On Sep 19, 2013
Atouke: I think if this plan is implemented it will be the best thing that the FG will do in his Tenure that has the capacity to change nigeria.
I agree, if this plan is implemented, who's gonna bother about any opposition when we know that we are in capable hands. Let Mr. President focus on delivering elections promises and dividends of democracy for us and we masses will decide if he's gonna lead us further or not.

Nice initiative from the GEJ led administration, if he would possibly pull this off, it will definitely change the game-plan of 2015 election as it would directly impact life's of the masses. With that being said, what institution are being put in place to make this idea/initiative a success, won't our corrupt oga's at the top see this as a means to continue looting the treasury, I fear it might be business as usual for our oga at the top if they are the one that's going to be in charge. Funds might not be easily accessed or only their family members or friends might have access to the said funds or loan. The GEJ led administration should try and put in place a solid institution that will make this kind of idea/initiative thrive because this is the kind of innovation we need but the reality on ground may prevent the masses from enjoying the scheme but only the elite and the cronies. Nigeria I believe will be a better country someday. Nice idea GEJ, I'm impressed.

Yes Mr. President, you are right, we Nigerians are corrupt but have thought for once that this corruption comes from the top, you say we should frown on corruption when the very structure of our great country is corruption personified, what are you doing sir to curb corruption, WE all know that government alone cannot fight corruption alone but the government has the sole responsibility of providing the structure that will curb corruption. For instance sir, if I see someone buying or using things that his/her means can't buy, who should I report too? If I see a fraudstar living so large, who should I report too? The police you will say but is it the same police that are morally corrupt, the police that has been bastardized by corruption. We need institutions and structure that can enable us join in the fight against corruption. So Mr. President, lead us and we shall follow you.
Politics › Re: Michael Opeyemi Bamidele Joins Ekiti Governorship Race by larride(m): 7:31am On Sep 18, 2013
Gov. Fayemi might seems slow but there's a steady improvement and development in Ekiti State, even the people of Ekiti are standing beside Fayemi.

Bamidele can contest the election because the constitution gives him the right to contest but on which platform will that be? I'm sure that Fayemi will remain the Flagbearer of APC in the coming election.

ritux: I need to know:

Can the reps solely impeach GEJ without the senate?

Can the Senate solely impeach the president without the support of the reps?
No, the constitution states that you need 2/3 of votes from both the house of rep and senate before the President can be impeached.

spade: The kind of replies I'm seeing on this thread, like "bad belle old man", has made me realize this country is plagued with bloody illiterates and ignoramuses. "The 2go Clan" is what I call 'em.

A lot of you iidiots, I'm very sure; didn't even care to read the report. Only saw the thread title and jumped in with your nonsensical retorts.
How else can I explain the fact that you FAILED to see the title had very little to do with his comments? How else can I explain that Bonfere was infact making very good points about rot in the NFF and its lack of interest in actually doing its job, leaving the coaches to do everything and get fired? Was this not what Keshi faced earlier this year when the unpatriotic NFF already started searching for a foreign coach (their self-hating black assses) when Keshi and the Eagles were STILL in South Africa?

You bloody pieces of decomposing turd just came in here spewing TRASH without even reading the interview!

Biko, how did he do wrong by encouraging Keshi to also occassionally visit his players in the respective clubs and watch them play? How the phuck did he do wrong there?

Christian Chukwu and Shuaibu Amodu were two coaches who bowed to the corrupt NFF, did their bidding, and STILL got fired.

If Keshi fails tomorrow, a lot of you fairweather fans would also be here bashing him with your grammatically abominable writings, yet you're right here today insulting a man and his constructive criticism.

I am surrounded by dullards, oh Lord!
I love this your selective tinted glass, please borrow me so I can see what only you are seeing. Yes, we all know that our FA is corrupt and we all know that there's still room for improvement but for him to say that some underhand dealings took place in that match against CIV before we would win is nothing less than a treason in my own book (if he's a Nigerian). Remove your "oyinbo" tinted glass and read that article as an unbiased analyst and tell me that the above article is a constructive criticism.

Abeg remove olamide, vector, da-grin and edris from your list and then you can call them top whatever best rapper in your dreams. How on earth will you rate ill-bliss, nigga raw, overdose, sauce kid, 2shorts, ikechukwu, who the heck is junior and pretty and you rate them above da'grin, olamide and vector? I'd even chose Phyno over sauce kid anytime anyday. What is your yardstick for measuring the greatest and let's have an healthy debate.

philfearon: Bro,Youtube is the Whole World Over....
Telling me that Psquare got 4million+ downloads for "Personally" in Naijaloaded is a "Lie" i can never buy into...
Even the video Which is what People Loved about the Song is not upto that Amount.....Admit You are easily Scammed bro...Believing Cheap things!!
And You Think out of 160million Nigerians,They all are into Music Downloads from Naijaloaded abi? Lets take a Poll and see How many Nairalanders know of Naijaloaded?
I can't believe u typed the above? So because you don't know Naijaloaded that translate to others don't know neither use it, you believe Youtube but you don't believe Naijaloaded, how patriotic can you be, everything you see from the western world is the true but anything you see from nigeria is a scam right! Pray tell, how did those download reach 4mil +, I guess there's a machine that automatically does that so they can use it to market to who exactly? Smhs for you, check yourself bro.

philfearon: And so Over 3million+ people downloaded songs from there as Guests?
SMH..
Stay on issue bro. So using your own logic, the views and download from Youtube are not real and are only there for marketing stunts right? Do you still remember that Nigeria is a country with over 160million peoplehuh Nigeria is not the east alone bro and yea a lot of people do download songs either as guests or members of any sites. Accept the fact that you are wrong bro and stop trying to claim the those stats lie because STATS don't lie bro, remember you said even P-sqaure and 2face with even bigger hit didn't have such stats and prove that to be wrong with over 4million plus download from P-square personally.
Music/Radio › Re: Phyno Vs Olamide..After Ghostmode: Who Has Fared Better? by larride(m): 4:25pm On Sep 12, 2013
philfearon: The stats are Wrong bro..Do u bliv dat shit? Most people dont even download songs, they wait for people to send it to them via bluetooth...
How many people visit Naijaloaded? How many members has they got?1.2million or so...So hw cum d 4.2milion downloads? Abi 1 person go download one song 20times? Dude,4mil no be 4thou...You should know that all those stats u c dia are just 4 marketing purpose, nufin more..
So you will agree with me also now that those views and download on Youtube are not real but for marketing purpose right? Do you know that @ Naijaloaded you don't have to be a member before downloading?
