May we not feel entitled to other people's money. You asked your brother for money, he told you he doesn't have. Now you feel his wife should've given you the money she kept to celebrate her child's birthday. How old are you again? That meat own sef. Things like that no de just happen. It's either you've overstayed your welcome (judging by your brother's reluctance to give you money, he's tired of you living there) or the woman is tired of constantly feeding you. No one likes a parasite. That's a fact. Even parents expect you to start bringing in money from a certain age. The longer you stay with them contributing nothing to upkeep, the more passive aggressions occur.

You don't give your brother or his wife any thing. You don't take up stuff around the house. You probably don't even help out in house work but you expect them to give you money whenever you ask. You expect her to give you money she kept to celebrate her child. What have you done to deserve it?

You are actually the self centered one. You're only thinking of yourself. Else you would've contributed no matter how small to celebrate your niece/nephew. Not being angry and justified in your sense of entitlement.

Do you normally submit result transcripts without your hod or someone signing or/and stamping it to show that it's genuine? How will the scholarship body know the person didn't just fabricate the result?..

It's just that the one of first semester is not signed, and school is on strike.

If you're still within your school area, I'd advise you enter school, meet your hod or secretary (they would still be coming to school despite the strike) to sign/stamp for you.

I dont even have the first semester, because they cancelled out 2020/2021. That of 2021/2022 first semester was meant to be out last week before ASUU striked

Edit: I've seen the mail. Seems serious. Just send 2019/2020 like that. As I'm still in 2020/2021 session what will I do? show only first semester result?

It means you just agreed to what I said earlier. Let's say, you got the first payment after passing the scholarship test(while in 200lvl),you get paid once, you submit 200level result, you get second payment, you submit third year result, you get third, you submit Fourth year result, you get fourth payment, fifth year makes you eligible for fifth payment. Unless, they don't request for final year result.

The terms and conditions of the award will tell you how long it'll last. Fifth year payment will be based on 4th year result which is the last payment. Thus, 200l. 300l, 400l, 500l. 4 times for a 5 year course. 3 times for a 4 year course.

Nope. First payment is based on passing scholarship exam. Next level payment is based on past level result

I think you get subsequent payments upon subsequent reception of your result, IMO. Those awarded in 100 level didn't have their first year result, but got paid. They upload for first year, they get paid, second, same. Or don't they pay after receiving your final year result? If they do, then I think those studying five years course, and awarded in their second year will be paid 5times, I may be corrected though.

Nah.. if the scholarship was awarded, for example, in 2017/2018 session and the person was in first year then he'll get payments for all levels of study. But if the person was in 2nd year in that session, then he'll get for the remaining except 100l. In this case, 5 year course will be 4 payments. 4 year course will be 3 payments.

Nope. Terms and conditions: The award is valid from the year awarded (subject to renewal I.e confirmation of results)

Also depends on when you're awarded. Say yours is a 5 year course but you were awarded in your 3rd year. You'll have 3 payments 300l, 400l, 500l. Same as someone on a 4 year course that was awarded in 2nd year. 200l, 300l, 400l.
