Dis is exactly what transpired: I approached u to supply ur site which is a normal marketing skill after a while, we both agreed wit d terms and condition. I did d job and after a while u approached me for more supply in a bigger quantity like 6 times what I supplied before (laterite and granite) which to be frank I would definitely make so good money. And u even said even if my prices would be a bit higher Dan other vendors', u would still give me d job to do which which I appreciated and u even sent me recharge card money.

After, I indirectly refused d jobs. I told you I won't be chanced to do d jobs and dat he shld give it to someone else maybe his builder.


He den thanked me and also said He took my excuse as my right to refuse services which is very good in business practice but I shld know dat I wasn't dealing wit his builder but I was dealing wit him so I shld ignore his builder. Dat was all.

And all dis happened till 6th of October. I didn't av to apologise publicly if not for some indirect negative comments toward me even when I wasn't at fault and I'm still a small boy trying to raise a reasonable customer base.



Reason why I refused to take the Job: on d first supply to d site, I read it on d eyes of d builder dat he was highly interested in d supply though he didn't tell me such and I saw he was very powerful spiritually so, I needed to keep my head becos dis kind of scenario just happened to me where a nairalander contacted me for materials, but d guy he was using before got my number somewhere and threatened me but I refused to listen to d guy. Could u believe dat I had a very fatal accident on my way back from d delivery of d materials dat I nearly lost my life but thank God for my mother's prayers dat I survived, my right hand hasn't healed up till now with open scars dat everybody sees. I don't rilly use my right hand as before but d doctors said it would heal up wit time and it's almost 3 months now. Some Nairalander engineers dat engaged me of recent saw my right hand.

Having said that, it is even better that you have apologized "repeatedly" to your customer because no matter how we dice it, the customer was disappointed since he has began to love your "business association" with him.

The matter should be a "by-gone is by-gone". It is up to your customer to forgive though l understand you did not elope with his money but your refusal was a disappointment to his expectations.
I will implore him to understand and see things from your point of view, .........."a fear resulting from a threat to life is very powerful on some people"

What concerns me more is your "mentality" and l would like to take this personally between "me and you".
First, l will be untruthful if l say "there are no powers of darkness".
So, it is possible that you felt "uncomfortable" with that builder who wants to use his "winch-eyes" to look you.

Now, can you actually ascribe your accident to the "grouse" you had with the other guy where-in you had a bad hand, with 100% certainty?

I dont think so.
There are accidents of negligence we impose on ourselves (like if l dont sleep enough and l am driving under fatigue!)
There are accidents of mere coincidence (like someone broke the red light and ran into me!)
There are also accidents of "negative mindset" (Like if l keep saying l will be sick, my body and soul can actually respond to this negative energy and l would physically get sick. That much is scientifically proven in "placebo experiments".).

In all, l think you should avoid every one of this mindset.

If you believe in the "spiritual"... and you are that spiritually inclined then l will implore you to go the whole hog and be spiritual: PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!
Before you leave home, commit your journey and business into the Lord's hand. When you return home, give "Thanks to God" for the day and your safety.
I tell you, if you are faithful with this and "No Evil is found within your heart" (You dont do or wish others evil)..... all the "winch eyes" in the world cannot do you a damn thing.
I am speaking from personal and physical experience here. I am not a "church person" but l can confirm to you that PRAYER WORKS!

Indulge me to add that we are actually moving (have moved) away from "structured cabling" nowadays, when it comes to CCTV Data streams and related stuff. We have gone from the use of Balums to extend Cable length without degrading Data stream to abolishing cable completely, in respect of data
For example, l am almost finishing a 4flats house and the only reason l have a "Cat Cable" running through is for 12v Power for my CCTV cameras.
The Cameras themselves are wireless I.P IP64 Cameras and l dont need to do any cabling at all..... if l could get a way to get them powered.

But then, since there are eight strings in a single CAT 6 or higher, that means l can power four Cams with a single strand of cable!

I dont know how much "security" goes into these CCTV Cams that others install but if you ask me, that is where the real work lies because most people just leave it "open and unsecured" ........ and all you need is just click on it and you can see them Camera feeds!

ENSURE YOUR INSTALLED CAMERA meets a certain minimum level of "SAFETY" otherwise, you and the thief might just be watching the same video!
Its only natural that we "lock our house door" when we are going out ....... rather than expect that thieves will not dare peep into an open door!
Even the Police are obliged to "cross check" .....when they see a door "funnily left open", all day and night".

I am just raising this issue because l want people to "pay attention" to it.

Just imagine that a CCTV Cam was installed in your bedroom and you think it is very secure, not knowing that it is open to the whole world to view, when they want to! I hope they are not watching you and madam, when you are doing your 'doggy stuff' sha!

Secure and even Encrypt your data stream please. Its your privacy and your right

A client of mine in ibadan contacted smile for a static IP which will enable him to monitor his house remotely.. unfortunately they are charging a ridiculous amount according to him.. here in lagos with swift remote IP is free.

He does not need a "static I.P" ..... even corporate bodies run away from that if they can because its so expensive!
What he needs is a combination of DNS, address translations and pass-through configurations on the Server..... all free of cost!
Any Network I.T person can do this, if inclined also in the area of "physical" security !

Use to do stuff like that for a Security Company l worked for overseas, (as their in-house I.T/Security Engineer) wayback in 2005 as they do "remote monitoring" for some 'big names' who wanted to keep an eye on their property (l suspect one just wanted to know what his wife was doing when he was away, because he was a sports man.)

He could 'monitor' his house from his (any) mobile phone from wherever he was, as long as he had data enabled on it. Such data is alos stored on at least two or three different locations as the first thing the banditoes look for in your house, is the Server, so that they can take it along with them!
Back then, l even incorporated Skype on it such that if the location is breached, using Sky as a cheap alternative, we could do a "two-way. self-initiating audio message" to scare away an intruder by telling him "the Police are watching you right now and are on their way... Please leave premises immediately"
ofcourse, it is only in extreme cases that we actually invite the Police (like some guys who were trying to steal a Pay-loader from a construction site, which they then use to rip-out from its re-inforced walls, an ATM machine nearby!)

Adding perimeter "Passive infra-red" motion detectors, electronic fencing, et.c are some other ways to enhance the system.

Nigerians have to stop telling women to stay in abusive relationships. People also have to stop looking down on divorcees, that is why many women are staying till they are killed. Even for religious people the I believe that best thing is to tell the woman to first move out and then she can pray for him to change. if after going for counseling ( counseling is essential) he seems to have changed they can have a trial period to see if it's real. Stop telling women to stay and be praying while they remain in the same unsafe environment.
