Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained. Ensure complete transaction processing on the Accounting Software on a Real-time basis. Maintain adequate monitoring, filling and control over all source documents relating to the outlets operations. Be conversant with the cash machines and operations and reports to ensure effective monitoring of the completeness and accuracy of transactions. Monitor and report the Daily Sales Analysis, cost of sales and expenses. Monitor and manage all cash receipts and carry out daily bank lodgments before 11am each working day. Coordinate and monitor payroll issues, as it affects your Site personnel including surcharges. Monitor to ensure efficient Inventory Management . Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financially related Reports emanating and/or related to your Stock Report, Close-Out, etc. Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register for the outlet. Carry out reconciliations between the Cost of sales reported by the Stock Controller and the actual consumptions reflected in the Financial Report based on the outlet’s Opening Inventory, Purchases and Closing Stock. Efficient management of the outlets Imprest, Change Float and expenses. Efficient Treasury Management for the outlet. Monitor to ensure the efficient management of the outlets’s Payables and Receivables. Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained. Drive Revenue & Cost Efficiency; and ensure processes & procedures are followed in the day to day operations. Ensure that there are duly authorized documentary approvals for all payments and every data that is to be entered into the outlet’s Account database. Application Closing Date 30th September, 2023.

Our client is a major premium bakery producing only superior quality products.

Mr. Peter had a job interview to attend at 10am but his wife developed complications at 9am. He decided to take the wife to the hospital and leave for the interview thereafter but on their way to the hospital, the taxi broke down. It was already 10:30am before he could get another taxi.
He arrived the hospital at 11am, dropped the wife and used the same taxi to go for the interview. He arrived the interview venue at 12noon(2hours late).
He rang the bell but no one opened the door. Meanwhile, earlier at 10am, the company mail delivery had rang the bell but no one opened the door too. When the door was finally opened, Mr. Peter said "I'm sorry, I came... " he wanted to apologise for coming late, but the Secretary interrupted before he could finish his statement and ushered him to the Board Room. The Secretary said, "I apologise, Mr. Peter, for keeping you waiting since 10am. We actually heard when the bell rang at 10am but we were held up in a meeting with our company suppliers.
However, we have sat since 8am to deliberate on your job specification, your office and the salary." Mr. Peter was baffled and said, "Ma'am, I haven't been interviewed yet’’. The MD answered him and said, "We decided not to conduct the interview at least to save time and also save the interviewees money on transport. So we looked at the papers for the most appropriate person we wanted and we opted for you. Also, we had tested your patience this morning by keeping you waiting intentionally for 2hrs. That's part of your interview. You won't be disappointed. You’ll be shown your office, your secretary and the driver assigned to drive your company's allotted vehicle. You’ll be on probation for 2yrs." He got the job!!!
On his way out, his phone rang and it was the wife. She said, "honey, I was delivered of a bouncing baby boy." It was their fifth child and the only male child. He immediately named the child 'Miracle'. He got a double miracle same day. All the disappointments turned out to favour him. God positioned the mail delivery man to ring the bell at 10am. God also held them up in the meeting until Mr. Peter arrived. Note:You might be held up by issues in your life and hope might be diminishing and you think the chance is gone. But you know what? God's waiting for you to release His favor. So don't go back along the way. Don't quit. Don't be upset by what you face along the way. In fact, God has already deliberated on your specifications. One more thing: You don't have to go through any interview, since you have all the qualifications God wants. My prayers for you: who share this testimony to 7 different friends 1. God will position somebody at the right place and the right time for you who will ring the bell in your favor. 2. God will turn all your disappointments to be a blessing for you. 3. Every positive meeting will end in your favor and every negative meeting will scatter in your favor. |

This is why you must quit playing small.
Quit dreaming and acting small.
Smallness move certain people away from you.
However, when you play big, you give your employees the opportunity to light their own candles from yours.
If you play big, employees who get attracted to your business will use your success as a bragging right.
They will want to be identified with your journey.
They will want to take selfies in your or their fine offices or work stations.
They will want to appear on a photo with you.
They will want to work for you.

They will want to share photos or videos about the company they work on their social media platforms.
They will want to be in your winning team.
This does not necessarily make them gold diggers; it is just the natural instinct of every human species.
Humans love to identify with what's working.
Humans are driven by growth.
They are also sustained by growth.
So if you are not growing as an entrepreneur, no reasonable employee will want to stay with you for long.
Yes, I know success takes time.
But in life, you must also remember this:
There has to be an urgency to creating some level of success for you to retain certain employees.
If you take more time than necessary to create that level of success, certain talents are going to leave you.
That's just how the cookies crumble.
You must constantly build your business and raise your vision to match the evolving aspirations of your people in it.
And for those who leave, let it be that when they come back after three months, they cannot recognise your business again.
Why?
You have moved!

People will lose their patience on you because, after all, they have their own lives to sort out too.
And after a while if you are not helping them achieve that, they will pack up their bags and look elsewhere.

Never work for a man who is CHRONIC womanizer, it always ends in regrets.
Don’t be fooled by what they portray outside (social media).
Set clear boundaries in the workplace.
Avoid or run FAR from organization that uses crack version of softwares.
Learn to short change your employers (VERY necessary) because the "take home" will NEVER take you home.
Don't stay in company accommodation, they turn you to their slaves.
Leave organization that doesn't give you chance of improvements
If by any chance your salary is delayed even for a day or not paid as agreed (without communicating to you why it's been delayed) on the offer letter, activate exit plan ASAP.
Lack/inadequate medical services for staff - If the medical services (HMO) does not cover you ONLY or you & your family, don't run, disappear!!

It all goes back to economics, opportunity cost, and “scarce means, which have alternative uses". I will like to establish two facts.
1.Men always pay for sex
2. Sex is a scarce resource for men
1.Men never have sex for free:"Whether you are already dating or taking a potential girlfriend on a date, as a man you will have to provide at some point. There is no escape or back door that can be exploited. The only men who can have unlimited sex for free are the top 1% of men which include hot, handsome celebrities like Zac Efron and Michael B Jordan. Don't get it twisted, women do not sleep with these guys for free to be precise, they do it for the prestige and reputation of being associated with such men. In other words these men PAID with their reputation, good looks alone are not simply enough to be getting that amount of sex. A man's sexual prowess will increase significantly in direct proportion to his reputation and prestige. What about the so called “Bad Boys" with game?do they have sex for free? The answer is no. Some of those bad boys were born with the gift of manipulation while those men who became bad boys INVESTED(we can say PAID for) countless hours into understanding female psychology. Casanova was a renowed bad boy and player who had sex with countless women. The Lacuna is the fact Casanova seemed to have no other purpose in life. He devoted almost 100% of his life to learning female nature and he pursued countless women with a high degree of success while all other areas of his life suffered significantly. In other words Casanova PAID a price for his success with women and most bad boys do. When a husband for some reason decides to stop providing and starts sitting around the house playing video games all day one of the 1st things his wife will do as a reaction to his behaviour is to withdraw his sex subscription card. All men pay for sex, whether they like it or not. As kanye west once remarked on his song “New Slaves” “Cochie AIN'T FREE"
2 The opportunity cost of sex: let me give an example : A man will take a woman on a fancy date and spend 500 in the hope she would have with him sex at some point. For some reason she decides this man is not worth F*cking and doesn't have sex with him. How do you think this experience will make the man feel? Not too happy i guess.
The fact is NO MAN is entitled to sex from any women and women in general do not owe you anything. In other words the fact you spent 1,000 dollars to fly her out, payed 1,500 for her hotel and spent 500 dollars on a date with her does not make you entitled to her body and she MUST give consent before you get freaky with her.
Some men wonder “if sex is what i really want and i have to jump through different hoops to get it, why don't i just pay for it?” And this is were the opportunity cost comes in, some men have sacrificed going on dates and hoping to get sex to just paying for sex that is guaranteed(to a large extent).
3.Sex is a scarce resource for men: think about it? How many young attractive women pay men to have sex with them? Almost 0
How many young attractive men pay women to have sex with men? I do not have the statistics but I'm quite sure the numbers might be shocking.
Women don't need to pay for it because its too available, men on the other hand pay because its not available enough. Think about it, if most men were having lots of sex without much difficulty why would they pay for it? If i opened a store that sold sunlight during the day people would think I'm nuts. So far so good, sunlight is available to EVERYONE during the day(depending on the weather) so there is no sense in charging people for something they can get without any effort and this why most women do not pay for sex. It is not because they are more righteous or more moral than men but rather due to the fact that for many women getting sex is easier than ordering a pizza.  |
