This is from the internet, Id!ot
Ocool:
You are the real fool. This is my last response to you.
The following is the link to register with the *General Teaching Council for Northern Ireland (GTCNI)* which is the teachers registration body of *Northern Ireland* :

https://gtcni(.)org(.)uk/

The good news about this are that:

1. LOPS isn't required. You only need to upload your TRCN certificate and licence.

2. The English language requirement is at least C in your WAEC or NECO; and

3. The registration fee is cheap. It's just 44 pounds which is equivalent to about N44,000 using the black market rate.

However, the following are the *hurdles* to cross:

1. The emails of two referees required must be institutional emails. That is, Gmail, Yahoo, etc. are not acceptable. This is a challenge for those teaching in schools that don't have institutional emails;

2. They will also contact your University for verification. How this is going to be done, I don't understand it yet; and

3. Application processing time is between *4 to 6 months* . In fact, this is after receiving all the documents from you, your referees and your university. This is long no be small.

However, anybody who is interested can check the link especially those that their subjects were not listed yet under the QTS of England.

It's sheer wickedness... I think my place of work is the worst... I've never seen. Since this year till now, not even a single month has been paid to any worker here...not to talk of backlogs of last year... I made a resolution last year to get into Tech but it's as if the devil is trying to hinder that ambition. Money ritual is not only when someone kills u for money, this modern day slavery we are passing through in the hands of this company owner is ritual... I've become a shadow of my self, low self-esteem... sometimes I'll even scroll through my throwback pics and compare it to my present self and I'll just SMH...I dn turn introvert by force. Everyday na so I dy sleep for LinkedIn applying for jobs...my brother fear any company that is owned or ran by a politician.

And I learned alot from here... e.g not quitting your job until there's an alternative.
Shame just hold me.
Abeg my wonderful people, I need a job in any location as long as there will be accomodation with moderate salary... I'm an Engineer with ample years of experience in diverse engineering fields. I can fit in different roles and also a fast learner. I have always been big on creating jobs for the betterment of many but I still need salary to kick start the journey since I can't borrow. Biko nu.

Which help? You are lazy, those things are online and you can get it if you don't wait for her to drop updates for you. Don't worry, she would soon ask for her monthly stipends (data)

Some human beings and ungratefulness sha are like 5&6. Very bitter set of people. So this is what you say publicly about all the sacrifices that Grace and her fellow admins dish out in the group? You who's not full of yourself, continue dishing out fake information to people, telling all subjects to apply.

During an interview, the interviewer will be looking for a candidate who can do the job well and fit in with the company culture .

I love my former place alot grin

God knows best , currently job hunting.
Just starting off your career? Hard work & smart work are not mutually exclusive.

Hard work entails putting in long hours and extra effort to get things done. On the other hand, smart work is about getting the same results as hard work but with less effort and time. Working smart involves strategizing and using tools, resources, techniques and consciously building efficiencies into a project.

Sometimes, finding those avenues for efficiencies may require you to invest time & effort into that process which is basically hard work. It can be strenuous, difficult and extremely demanding of your time but once you get through that learning process, it then becomes easier.

If you want to be successful at anything, you will need to combine both concepts. Make up your mind to work hard and work smart while at it. While you are getting through a project, consistently ask yourself, how can I do this work more efficiently? Can someone help me? Is there a tool available out there that can help me with this aspect of the project? Is an email better than scheduling a meeting? Can I automate this process?

For me personally, my belief is this: If I must gain coverage and do more meaningful work, I need to put in the extra hours required; if I must gain that same coverage without burning out, then I must work smart.

Happy New Month and cheers to everyone that has a special celebration this month. Congratulations! 🎊
