Business › Re: We’re Unaware Of Otedola’s Share Acquisitions – FBN Holdings by layzie: 4:25pm On Oct 23, 2021 |
koning: The news said that Otedola acquired MAJORITY shares. Not the highest shareholder. To be a majority shareholder you must OWN or Controle 50% or more of a company's outstanding shares. So do not get things mixed up. Otedola is far from controlling FBNH. With N30billion, i don't even think he is the highest shareholder. If u had 100 shares in d hands of 99persons, it means 1person has 2shares and is thus the majority share holder. It's simple English. The news didn't give u what percentage of shares he acquired...so stop throwing 50% around. The majority shareholder of FBN before now had just about 1.5% of the bank shares. This is a fact and should tell u Otedola couldn't have acquired up to 10% sef not to talk of 50%. The shares are in the hands of multitudes. I'm sure the news will be clearer and his percentage holding stated clearly in the coming days/weeks |

omoadeleye: They said he acquired MAJORITY shares which means above 51% shares The highest share holder of FBN before now is Oba Otudeko with just 1.5% of the shares. That's how diverse FBN shares are held. Anyone that acquires more shares than Otudeko becomes the highest shareholder. It could be as low as having just 1.6% of the shares |

And for a black woman to allow a white to actually do anything sexual with them is so wrong, it's criminal or sick. It's one thing for a guy, but even then, why would you even want to be in bed and kiss a white? That's so vile. There's nothing even s3xy about white women. I can't even imagine wanting to sleep with them for any reason but pure, absolute desperation. They would have to be the last women on earth. Even then, how can you do it without being nauseous? I almost feel bad for the kind of black people that look at whites with anything but disgust. Whites are sick, unattractive people.

Politics › Re: My Tribalistic Encounter With Buhari In 1981 - Ex Man O' War Leader Adewumi by layzie: 6:03pm On Jun 20, 2021 |
Arrewa: The igbos started tribalism in Nigeria by killing sardauna of sokoto, Ahmdu Bello, Abubakar Tafawa Belewa and other northern leaders!!
the Igbos had good relations with the North & as such the Igbos had more appointments in government from Southern Nigeria.
The same Igbos launched a coup d’état that not only removed Tafa Balewa but killed him as well. The Igbos never complained of marginalization under Tafa Balewa.
Their son (Nnamdi Azikiwe) refused the right to include the secession clause that Awolowo had proposed. In his words ‘WE ARE ONE NIGERIA’. Ahmadu Bello even proposed to include Awo’s secession but Nnamdi Azikiwe refused.
Nnamdi Azikiwe knew that about Major General Aguyi Ironsi’s coup beforehand and ran away. The same Major General Aguyi Ironsi scraped the Regional system that Nigeria had practiced & replaced it with a Unitary system.
All efforts to make him return it back to the regional system fell on deaf ears. Before the declaration of Biafra, Major Adaka Boro had declared the Niger Delta Republic (so you see the word Niger Delta is not a Fulani or Obasanjo construct) & fought the federal forces in a 12 day war.
Guess who gave the order to capture Adaka Boro & who was tasked with capturing him? Major General Aguyi Ironsi gave the order for the capture of Major General Aguyi Ironsi & Colonel Ojukwu was sent to capture Adaka Boro. Ojukwu paraded Adaka Boro naked in the streets of Yenagoa but the same useless Okukwu included Niger Delta in his Biafran map without even consulting with Adaka Boro or any of our people. The same Ojukwu invaded Edo & Delta despite both states not being part of the of Biafra!!
Igbos are worse than anything they criticize!!
Why is it only Igbos who must view their success as an exponent of dominance over others?
That is Igbos for you. They want the right to offend others while refusing to accept the consequences of their offensive ways.
This is why they are currently political outcasts with no major Party willing to support their ambition to lead Nigeria.
Just of recent... They're asking other region to protect igbos...
But they enjoy attacking and killing northners on daily basis!!
You people are just going to pay!!!! Bros Do u actually realise that this topic is about an interview granted by a Yoruba man narrating his personal encounter with Gen Buhari, a fulani man. Zetra7: From the inception of this administration, Nnamdi Kanu has been a thorn in the flesh of Buhari.. We seen a whole president elevate a man who no one knows before to a global status.
MNK have managed to damage the country's image so much that even the international community have refused to borrow or invest in the country any more.
Today , same MNK has brought Buhari to mockery by pushing him into confrontation with the world medias. How do you ban Twitter of 200 million people cause you're angry that your tweet hot deleted??
This clearly shows one thing , Buhari is a very sensitive individual and I wonder how a General will have such attribute.
Now the world is watching and waiting for Buhari to carry out his threat on Igbos..How does he think he can succeed
Caution and wisdom is needed , every big war starts with many small wars, Buhari led government should not start what they can't finish .
Ignoring Kanu on the very start should have avoided all these, even going to meet Igbos and adequately giving them their right place should have douse these tensions but instead Buhari choose to follow the hate path and still thinking that 1967 is 2021..
As we all know , IPOB is supported by over 80percent Igbos so any war will simply turn tribal and even more a religious war of Islamic north Vs Christian/Jewish east. The truth is that IPOB have a very strong international support that's why Israel protected Nnamdi Kanu , Britian houses him and even giving asylum to his supporters while in the US , strong lobbyists / American Jews and evangelicals in the senate gives their support.
It's time for Buhari to have a rethink, a word is enough for the wise.. Well said. However, to say IPOB is supported by over 80% igbos is a claim without facts. Nice points in your right up |

Tetehjewels: You can share Onions to people walking around. Sit at home did not prohibit pedestrian movement but vehicular.
I saw the video of the death scene of Ahmed Gulak and there was absolutely no vehicle in sight as the streets were empty of cars but there were pedestrians walking about.
I believe the police Except u live on that stretch of road in owerri where the murder took place, then I will believe u, if u claim that that particular car was the only car on the road this morning, no other car. But if u are basing that assertion on a video, then I'm tempted to ask, how long was this video? Secondly do u expect to see cars immediately after gunshots? Video u watched was probably taken after the gunshots right? |

I think someone will walk away with an assassination the way police is behaving in this matter. I just hope they are doing proper investigation behind the scene. Questions What was Mr Gulak doing in Owerri Which politician (s) did he meet with Who knows his itinerary How was the cab booked Why did the driver follow an irregular route to the airport Have they checked his phones Now we are left with a bunch of dead people that can't even be interogated |

naijapips02: They gave a sit at home order. They came to the airport road to enforce it. Unfortunately for Gulak, they discovered he was Hausa Fulani and shot him. Same way they dislodged the Hausa traders bringing in his onions.
I'm explaining to this extent because you seen not to be very sharp. Sharpie. Was that the only vehicle on the road that morning? So people no go church for owerri today? If everybody was at home, who then were they sharing onions to according to you? Ghosts? I doubt u understand the concept of basic investigation. |

Note both Buhari, Bokoharam, Ipob/ESN, Tinubu, Oduduwa are all terrorists Exactly, the lazy police will allow someone walk away with this assassination. Not as if the investigation is too difficult. It's clear enough. Was he the only one in the vehicle? So now they ask people to speak igbo before knowing who to kill? If they were looking to kill hausa people, what happened to all the hausa traders in different parts of the states doing millions of naira worth of trade daily? CardiNice: If Gladiola had tried that his Nonsense first half tactic with a more and brutal attacking teams like Barcelona or inter Milan or Bayern Munich, they would have been losing nothing less than 4 goals to none at the end of the first half. Imagine having Lionel Messi playing against a team without a defensive midfielder? Haba what was Guadiola thinking? Even the goal Chelsea scored was as a result of the lack of a defensive midfielder because the defenders had to pull out which gave harvert much space to run. Now imagine such space with strikers like lewandoski or Luis Suarez? I will say the defeat of Guadiola justifies the saying that "He who the gods want to kill, they first make him mad"
I think Guadiola was crazy upstairs to have underated Chelsea. This is what you get when you are overconfident. Once again, congratulations to Chelsea and most importantly the coach. The reason he lost to Bayern Munich last year was because he had Hollywood celeb (Neymar) as his player, who plays as if he is does not want his makeup to clean. His PSG players was the problem. As for Guadiola, we can now agree that Lionel messi, xavi, iniesta, puyol and the Barca players of old made him who he is today. If i was Guadiola, i will go back to Barcelona. Barcelona is the only team that can give him a Uefa champions league again. I don't think he underrated chelsea. He lost twice to them this season before this game. Overthinking is the problem. Guardiola has been known to overthink in some crucial games. Sometimes when u overthink, u miss the simple basics |
