99.99% of my geo portfolio is city+service.

Congrats to all the recent sales by our Brandable gurus. Really inspiring. We the learners are also praying for that big sale.

Somehow last week buyers didn't pay around 500usd---first ghosting of 2022.

This came in to suffice..more sales to everyone.

Sure. tnks bro. Life isn't smooth sailing--we all have our various challenges- and without challenges it'd be boring and their wouldn't be victory & gratefulness. I decided to share not to gain pity but to benefit anyone that may want to be more cautious of their health. More sales to everyone.

yep..it does. Excessive sitting. Don't know hw is like for females. Not a thing I'd wish for any male.

One of our members complained about eye issues. I wish him quick recovery.

As domainers especially outbounders let's watch out for Eyes issues & Piles. Like get knowledge on it and how to prevent it or when it comes how to mitigate it before escalation.

When u're healthy is when money can come. it's not a sprint but marathon. We all going to make it.

Enough sleep-water-vitamin supplements-exercise etc...

Got piles--although it started at a time I was looking for job and I had to mark waec scripts for several hours sitting+plus all the student lifestyle back in sch of eating junks--indomie etc & sitting down for several hrs to read. wen I started outbounding it became worse....& I'm still battling with it--although mine hasn't escalated but my motivation-strength can't be compared to b4...it weakens the male system...although im changing lifestyle & eating habits.

3. ED ( as a domainer I don't think one can finish learning Ed).
4. Archive (wayback machine)- not often.
5. DNS History tool
6. Google.

How many times did you change price?
And now many end users did you reach?

10 times. All the possible end users via manual outbound. Exactly 126. Many would fail to deliver..some may enter spam etc.

Sometimes end users don't matter...my fastest and best sales occur with names with small end users like 30 to 50. Depending on how strong the domain is. Like two word geo.

I've also sold names with 1 end users, 5, 10, 15 etc. But don't do this if you don't know what u r doing.

Meanwhile, names with 200 to 300 to 500 to 600 end users end most times for me end up not being sold. I've outbounded names with more than 600 users nd not sold...nd all manually.

Though, this yr my ass is already paining me! So I'm more tactical...with regging since I can't play d number game as I'm d only one outbounding...so names I reg undergo thorough scrutiny. Portfolio size now around 70 as many drop.

1. Any 2019 to 2021 name I don't reg possibility that my fellow domainer has outbounded it before is almost 98%. U can check if a domain has just being outbounded last year by checking it's DNS footprint.....many services on the web to do so. if u see Dan, Epik for DNS history.. torr run for ur life na our fellow 9ja guy or Indian guy outbound am nd eno sell.

Although, u ft reg cause even junk names and non-virgin names(outbounded recently) too dey sell...many factors including grace...all boils down to ur choice. I only reg a name that has been outbounded before if it's a very strong one. E.g. NewyorkAttorney/king. I'd jst keep it...for keeps sake and outbound after severalmonths.

2. I don't reg names that already another domainer has the similar version...many ways to check using Whois..... U see name with city+lawyer. I check whether attorney, attorneys, lawyers is active for sale by another fellow domainer. Also check d reverse... Lawyer+city too to see too. Although I've never sold the reverse version of name before that is service+city.

And few other test I run b4 regging ... 3500naira no be small money to dey reg junks..except u dey play d number game...every domainer with their strategies...may God help all of us.

Last month I sold 4 names and made 800usd. And most of my sales happens during d first outbound.

And if you're doing any legal online something from home where ppl don't see you going out or have a physical presence and they see you doing ok financially. All emails can be tracked but people are too busy to do that.

Custom mails easier to track. Gmail makes it harder by hiding senders IP.

It not from DAN, rather from gmail if you make use of it.

You can actually track where a gmail mail was sent from.
I think this is what most people you out bond do.

Gmail location can't be tracked. Custom mail location can be tracked.

At the bolded, yes. But Dan can only supply that to a buyer in their invoice after a sale is made.

So you're 100% sure than Dan doesn't supply all those details before the sale is made. If that's the case, that means the FLAG+IP Address in the Chat window is the main culprit.
