Everything is possible in domaining and has happened provided u have money to buy and experiment. Everything is possible.

Someone sold....f*u*ckupaymenow /com for 4 figures last year. Like someone sold f*u*ckyuga this year.

Domaining done turn big man business.

I remember that time in 2020 I started buying..with #30K u can get UpTo 20 .coms handregs domains.

Now u need approx. 50K to get 10 .coms since each .com is around 5K now.

Out of 10 geo names can u sell one. Next year it may become 5 names for 50k. Out of 5 can u sell one.

If u get small capital na to scrutinize name well b4 buying.

SAV is really a useless registrar sha, nothing beats Epik customer service. Has anybody initiated a transfer from SAV before, pls let me know how long it took.

For example this year i had my first $xxxx sale, and it can from a geo domain. Yes a city in Texas Domain name, i priced it four figures yes and the buyer just sent an offer removing just $500bucks, and payed the $2000 immediately.

Holdtime was 24 hours.

Last month...

Nothing special, b4 u think I'm an expert just know many ppl dey dix thread making 100 times of this low-key but chose not to share--either because they find it irrelevant since other reported sales are similar to it; thus nothing to learn, or they're 2 busy breaking some new heights, or decided not share for privacy nd many more reasons--even some newbies dey sell pass like dix...dix na pure water 4some.

B4 u call it quits just know last month I had a total of 13 leads(interested geo-buyers) at the final step and somehow didn't pay. A portfolio size of 130 Geos.

Sold a total of 5 geos all happened at the same day on 24th of the month...so through out the month just working without a sale.

This month already have 4 leads that haven't paid....perhaps is because they're unable to get me on the phone---i fail with phone calls.... or trust issues. Whatever we move like that.

Even me when I started the thread i read for almost 4 months jotting stuffs down....and I didn't border to rush to reg any name as of then. But didn't read the whole thing..I wanted to enroll for IK class, but something happened then....and I was away. When I came back to the thread i kept reading and some how had few sales nd felt their wasn't a need again to reg for the class. But perhaps I could still enroll for it as I'm still a newbie and still learning to gain broader perspective.

If I have my way, I am going to turn off privacy on all my domain name. A couple of buyers have contacted me directly through my information gotten from whois. Some we agreed on the price, others, I didn't take their offer.
Most of the time when buyers contact me through without privacy protection

Thanks for taking ur time to explain. On the WHOIS opening perhaps you can contact the REGISTRAR support to do Bulk opening of the WHOIS since doing it individually might be a daunting task.

And lastly Sir, from ur experience; if u had 600usd as the last amount in the world & 100usd for food; and u were to invest in the brandable niche-- can u summarize or give hints of how u go about it. Thank u.

There's one Indian guy on Twitter that shared sales report in December of 2021...not d actual domain sales..just stats. He sold like close like 600 or thereabout of Geos for the year end...so I was opportune to get into is inbox...asked him how does he do these...he says he has over a 100 email addresses....& his blood brothers help to outbound and nobody else a closed something..nobody knows what they do.

Me dt just had 5 emails.

This brings us to the picture below.

Many atimes 2get 2 d top there might be some unconventional methodology to apply... traditionally we all know sending many ppl same email is spam or having many email address & several others.

There're some tips u can get from the image below....u may have good intent--but d difference is dix one uses his for fraud...but would they listen.

U can choose to be low-key or broadcast....but Wisdom is Better than knowledge.
