It's sad to see we will live with these drugs till death. How often do you take this combination. The doc said I should start with amlodopine and if it stops working I can combine. For now amlodopine alone works. I did reduce salt intake and my family to don't like salt. I got BP from excess consumption of alcohol. Somehow, my lifestyle have changed due to buhari induced hardship and I have lost some weight though, I still take some alcohol due to addiction. I don't know if more loss of weight will cure me palmanently. At least my stomach is now flat, all thanks to Buhari

Weight loss would definitely help. Also try to do so light cadio and up it gradually. I use my medication once daily. Most hypertension patients inherit the trait from one or both of their parents.

Talk to your Dr about Amlodopine/Benazapril 10/40mg, it does magic. That's what I use and my BP is always close to 120/80. It was 121/80 when I checked this morning. Reduce you salt intake too, that shit is a killer I swear.

Good to know you are getting treatment and please , check you BP daily just in case your dr needs to increase your dosage or change your medication. You can also take baby aspirin daily as it helps prevent heart attack/stroke. Take care

The issue is not about writing the embassy about his intentions. The issue is having the intentions to pay for the donation in cash or kind, and even when the donor changed his mind regarding the agreement, he started getting threatened.
Just so you know, paying for human organ/tissue is an international crime as it is used to deter killing of especially the less privileged for organ harvesting.

Infact the iphone we use is produced in china because of labour force and cheap to produce... Imagine USA were the ones manufacturing iphones, no body will be able to buy it because the finishing will be too expensive... Even most of the texh especially house tech being used in USA is produced in china... An example check the country with the highest tech exportation and see that china was leading Hong Kong which is 2nd with a lot of margine and the distanced third which is Germany.

China covers just 5% of the worlds semiconductors production while USA covers over 40%. The highest is South Korea which is a very strong ally to the USA. The semiconductors produced in china is not even enough for Chinese consumption.
