Honestly, people should research companies before joining and ask hard questions. If the business model makes no sense, don't bother. If it's a remote role, don't quit your formal role. Your assumption is definitely flawed. For instance, to run a tech company successfully like Google, you definitely need Support Engineers from different regions like EMEA, APAC. Trust me, you need hundreds of Supprt Engineers and back end developers for bug fixes and customer requests such as feature enablements and license management
