Buhari and all the governors are confused.
Seems they are the only one benefiting from the lockdown. They have squandered trillions of naira managing about 700 cases.
They care less about the masses. They know the truth that the virus spread will continue even after 4months of lockdown till it goes down like malaria and drugs will be available to treat it soon.
