I created the topic yesterday in annoyance surprisingly it made front page this afternoon, well my wife is back to my house safe and sound yesterday evening accompanied by her mom. She went to visit her aunty in the other community, since her mother was initially the one who looks after my daughter more than her, she didn't care to return back on time.
I spoke with her aunty and verified everything. she was upset about something I said to her before she left, so she was just acting wrong..I told her how sorry I was. Well am in the boat already, and I know God will continue to let it sail..
Next month will be her 20th birthday, I'm going to surprise her wholeheartedly. I didn't touch her Since she's an adult, just little petting and a little scold in between. I Know all this will pass in due time.

Please, how can I handle this situation I found myself in this shared room.
I am someone who likes and respect peoples privacy and mine a lot and this was why it took me time to opt for a shared apartment until things got out of hand and I had to settle for it due to lack of sufficient funds.
The issue is about this fellow. The first night I got there, after a few mins she just went completely unclad. In my mind, I thought it was because she wanted to bathe, that she'll probably get into a nighty once she's done but to my surprise, she didn't. And the way she goes about unclad, bending in front of me is so disturbing. I feel like telling her to cover up a bit but I know I can't. I know the weather is hot but hey... we need to show some decency here.

A friend studied Biochemistry in one of Nigeria's Federal Universities, she has completed NYSC but she does not have a job yet.
Her brother who currently resides in the UK wants her to enrol in a school of Nursing in Nigeria and she is not happy with what her brother wants.
I asked her if her brother's reason is because Nursing is profitable in the UK and she said YES, that's his reason. The goal is that she'd eventually relocate to the the UK.
My concerns are:
1. Why study a course like Biochemistry and go back to a school of Nursing? Aren't there better alternatives? 2. Most of the people I know that attended school of Nursing always go back to the Univeristy for BSc. Nursing. 3. School of Nursing in Nigeria will take her about 3 years and I am sure she will still need to write some exams before she will be able to work as a Registered Nurse in the UK.
Are there possibilities of moving to the UK to study that version of Nigerian School of Nursing? If yes, how expensive is it?
On the other hand, if she's able to go to the UK for her masters, masters in what course can she apply for (please bear in my that she is a Biochemistry graduate) that would give her chances of securing a good job in the UK ( At least, a kind of job that would still make her earn something close to what Nurses earn)?

Ndibuna: So this female colleague of mine doesn't pick my call when I need to get information of the happenings in the office yet I pick hers and always ready to give her reliable information concerning work. I urgently needed her one day and had to call again, she didn't pick my calls, she didn't apologise afterwards. I had to block her. So she needed me again and called my number and it wasn't going through. When she saw me she reacted negatively and wasn't talking to me. But do I care? Peter532: This is a girl I signed for tailoring work, her attitude towards me this year changed drastically because of hard times am going through. I have seen her at the far end of my street standing with boys of same age with her holding her anyhow in the waist and every time I caution her that she's no longer a small girl but a woman.

We didn't quarrel, she just left on Sunday afternoon to drop my 3 year daughter at her mothers place.
I'm ashamed of the whole thing, everyone in my compound keeps asking me of her whereabouts, til it has gotten to the far end of our street.
I can't even come out in peace, if I do they must be one person to ask me what happened just to find my mouth, and the shame of explaining everything to them of her she dumped my daughter since on sunday is not easy.
Note: please those Ladies thinking I toke advantage of her, I didn't. I'm a very educated individual, I did introductions with her parents before she came to live with me. Then her dowry was paid. It was my choice, every man dreams to get married to a tear rubber. If I want to remake that choice I probably do it again, this was never to discourage those who wants a young wife.

The Sad Story Of Stephanie Se-Ember Terungwa...A Crime Of Passion
Stephanie was beautiful and at 26 her life was just starting. She was serving in Abuja where she lived with the love of her life Edward Achadu with their one year five months old son.
On April 14th 2022 she stepped out with her son to go for her CDS. She planned stopping by at Jennifer's place on her way to her CDS. Jennifer had earlier called her to come get a phone. Jennifer was someone she knew through her husband Edward. Edward had introduced her as his friend. What Stephanie didn't know however was that Edward and Jennifer used to date. Now Edward had moved on to Stephanie and Jennifer was having none of it.
Unknown to Stephanie, Jennifer had hatched a plan with her accomplices to abduct and kill her so as to have Edward all to herself. So on that particular day in April when Stephanie dropped by, she was grabbed and tied. Jennifer then bathed her with acid which led to her death. Having successfully completed their hideous task, they dumped her body on a deserted road at about 3am. Her son was however abandoned at a Catholic Church.
When Stephanie didn't show up for her CDS, a missing persons report was filled by her colleagues. They also launched a campaign on social media. Her dilapidated corpse was however found some weeks later by the Police. Because her body was found still in her NYSC khaki uniform they figured this must be the missing Corper they've been looking for. Her husband was brought in to identify the body. Which he positively did.
Jennifer and her accomplices are now in Police net. It is not however known if Stephanie's husband was in the know of the plan to kill his wife.
One question to ask though is "was Edward still in a romantic relationship with Jennifer after moving on with Stephanie? "....because what would make Jennifer think that by killing Stephanie, she could have Edward all to herself if not that they were still seeing each other? Another question to ask would be what made Edward leave Jennifer in the first place? Was it because Stephanie got pregnant for him in a case of an away match gone wrong? Questions and more questions....

This morning, I went to the side of the house to pluck some scent leaves. I noticed this animal curling around. After little chasing, I had to kill it before it could escape. I'm not planning to eat this, so I've disposed it to a nearby bush.
My compound is not too far from a thick forest, so at times many of these animals stray into our compound.
Now that you have killed the poor animal, will you be eating it or not?

gevans: I don't know why some Nigerians are so heartless. I went to execute some Projects yesterday after first service. I got home past 10 (pm), I went to my car this morning to pick some document from the boot. When I was leaving, I pressed the lock key from the remote, it didn't lock. When I checked properly, I found out that brain box, the driver side glass button and passenger button were all stolen.
I am so pained, this is happening after spending over 500k to fix and replace the engine.
Pls what should I do now, I need to make a critical decision on this Corolla of a thing. I really needs your advice.
