Yes. The letter was even prepared by FGS and even the admin assistant said the supplemental letter should cover the tuition and accommodation payment request by CDHC.

Please does this mean the supplemental letter will take care of the condition to submit the receipt of the total payment of tuition and accommodation?

I think you are allowed to work based on 2 conditions
- Good academic standing
- Work permit

earthgreeners: I once made an enquiry on sending Admission documents to canada with NIPOST on this thread...I finally got my answer...I can tell u with my experience that NIPOST is getting better, I sent my Transcript and Recommendations and it was received in about 7-10 working days (I called the school yesterday to confirm the receipt, I was surprised)...with just N400 registered mail

Is it EMS or just registered NIPOST mail?

If u can fulfill those conditions, Im sure u wldnt have to worry abt funds when u get to canada....

Waiting for deferral letter from faculty of graduate studies who seems to be overwhelmed with requests before going ahead with other conditions.

No help from the international office; got a funding link from a senior running his PhD. He even advised I pay for school accommodation for 4 months in winter due to the severity of winter.

I have done my medicals early this week but still waiting for deferral letter before making any payments.

geotherm: Praise God! I got my trv today, my wif gt open work permit, & 2 kids visitor status. Applied July 25th got to them 30th, my schl resumed last week wednesdy. Uni. Alberta

AN EXPERIENCE @ ASAJU CLINIC.....SORY ITZ COMING LATE..PARDON ME.

When i got to the clinic,they ask of my name,i told them.the nurse said i sud sit down.later she came and said i sud come back having booked an appointment wit them.i told dem i came from a long distance.they neglected me.she went and meet two guys dat came for same purpose,we were in the same shoes.they had no choice dan to attend to us.some aplicant wud have booked an apointment wif dem even b4 we got medical instructions and we did b4 dem.hold ur courage,go there and no dulling no tyme jawe.

I think say na only me e hapun to. Na wa for this country o.

Check on the department website if they have research groups.

It is a must if your masters is research based. Contact the admin person in charge of graduate admissions in your department.

It depends on many parameters; you, your supervisor, your department and then the faculty of graduate studies. The timing could be between 2-5 months.

dollars before they issue payment confirmation to the embassy which enables u qualify for ur Visa.i dnt knw y sucesful aplicant are silent abt throwing light to issues like dis whch is most crucial.i knw what i faced b4 goten to knw this is how itz being done.
Mhen!,u are d first i wud c dat embassy asks to provide proof of accomodation.just try and contact d school as to ao much u gona pay 4 dat as well.make sure u do tinz fast.transfering money abroad takes like 3 to 5 days.pls plan well.

I submitted June 15th and it reached cdhc 16th.
