This guy again? What's the difference between him and the repentant Boko Haram members? Government been playing citizens like ten-ten Both state and Federal |
So the men in black still follow collect about #500m upon say na them 'enjoy' the lockdown pass. I don't seems to understand what 'deploying assets' could mean such that it gulped more than #800m. Is it that they bought new assets during the lockdown and deployed them or they deployed already acquired assets with that amount? The Task Force sha, na only them expend over 70% of the entire money. The level of distrust is huge. Would it not have been better if corporate organizations and philanthropists give the relief items and money to individuals directly instead of routing it through the government? |
Hasn't the Oba settled this dispute? Both parties should engage the electorates and not this mudslinging. |
These aren't the best time to be poor in Nigeria. Everything is skewed against the ordinary Nigerian. Every day we wake up to read depressing news and government policies that will further pauperize the already impoverished people. Only an insensitive government will attempt to increase the cost of any the basic item the poor survive on, at this trying period for most households. Who would have thought they'll even think of hiking prices of power and petrol when they were the ones instructing Multichoice not to do same thing. Dear Lord, only you can rescue the weak, vulnerable and downtrodden at this time and in all times. Do your wonders. |
The condemnation resonates in every corner of the country. If Gen. Buhari had not won in 2015, we would have thought we missed a Messiah. "If a deity cannot save people, he should at least leave them the same way he met them" - Yoruba Proverb I still can't believe President Buhari hasn't been able to fix a single refinery, six years into his administration. We were sold a dummy! |
That was a careless one Mr. Governor. We shouldn't be paying for the ineptitude if those in government. Would we have been badly hit by the rise in international price if our refineries had been fixed? |
That's better. If they won't respect the laws, I'm sure they'll fear the curse of tradition. Election shouldn't be war |
Only one person? She's the definition of royalty. |
I do not think reopening of a rehabilitated airport should be a thing that will warrant gathering of all leaders of a region. As an aside, if Nigeria Air wouldn't fly, can we have regional airlines like Oodua Air, Eastern Nigeria Air etc? |
All hail China. ...the new Father Christmas in town. |
Resolution number 5 is very very important. I'm not as disappointed in FFK as with the other Journalists in that room . |
China self! #300 Billion loan to a state? Haba! |
Channels say two dead, one injured. RIP to the deceased, get well soon to the injured. |
If only we can also copy and implement China's penalty for caught and convicted treasury looters |
Yobe state? Boko Haram has messed up the North truly. |
The headline though. God rest the soul of the departed |
This has to be during the military days. Level has changed Opinions have shifted Allignment and reallignment of interests Should they fail to get what they crave for, they'll quickly activate option B Trust any Nigeria politicians at your own peril. The truth is, Nigeria as presently constituted and administered may never progress. |
NUJ should just give him total media blackout. |
...and most importantly, he should answer the question |
Ok Mr. Ex Minister. Can you now tell us who's sponsoring your trip? |
The journalists should worry more about his colleagues, who instead of showing comradery, decided to throw him under the bus. You can imagine one of them saying "...you see you life" Btw , what's wrong in asking someone who isn't an elected official and going about to inspect project to explain who is sponsoring his trip? |
The most unfortunate part of this isn't even the outburst of FFK it's the reaction of his colleagues after Fani left the room that wasn't captured in the video above. One of them was even saying "you see your life? " " You see your life"? |
netmillionaires:Yoruba call such people ' a fe aje ma fe a yo' meaning they want you to eat but never want you to belle full. God bless our hustle |
Why this much bickering over a 3months job that'll pay the beneficiaries less than the minimum wage. Why? |
netmillionaires:Damn! That was greed raised to power 2. A typical case of monkey dey work baboon wan chop. Did you eventually make the decoration? |
It was an honest mistake. So many people thought Buhari was the Messiah in 2015. This was partly due to the well oiled propaganda machine and the prevailing situation at that time. 5 years after, I doubt even PMB himself wouldn't have to seek God's forgiveness eventually. |
May the best team wins. Bayern may be ruthless, but PSG didn't get to the finals by sheer luck. All we want to see is entertainment and not one-sided, boring final. |
This sounds so much incredible and I'm struggling to believe it wasn't made up. The OP should clear my doubt by making public the names of those involved. It's not that Nigerian leaders are not capable of anything, but 8 out of 1000 is just undiluted greed. You self reason am now that's just a paltry 0.8% |
Morality demands that she does that with her entourage without being prompted or reminded. Was that not what caused the alleged gunshot at the villa the other time? |
Buhari was called all sorts of names prior to 2015. He was (and is still) among other names called a religious fanatic, a tyrant, an ethnic jingoist etc. When he was repackaged and adorned a robe of a Messiah, it worked like a magic and the rest is history. Elrufai may be a bad market down South but make no mistake, he has his audience he's appealing to and they're in the majority where he comes from. All that's required is some 'willing tools' down south who are not scarce to come by. So never say never. |
Something is obviously cooking. We'll get to see it soon |
