Beware southerners. This is the time to know and understand the true identity of those who cause tribalism on here, they are paid agents, they are neither from east or west. They have more than twenty accounts, they would create tribal topics and make tribal comments with another accounts to cause chaos between southerners. Though, they have no conscience but you can try to educate them or better ignore them. They are easy to identify, use your head brothers.

Also Be aware that tactics and plans has been deployed to cover up the massacre since all their efforts to break southern unity were not fruitful. They have created a lot of Facebook and Twitter accounts with Yoruba or Igbo names for this purpose, one of them is to post pictures or video of people who debunked being killed, those pictures were scripted and earlier been circulated for this purpose. They would discredit real occurrence and give it another title

Keep being woke guys

Business / Re: My Observation Of Igbo Traders. Everything Isn't About Sales by lilkech(m): 7:27am On Oct 21, 2020
Op it seems you do not grasp the full meaning of one being a successful salesman.

Go to USA, a traveling salesman will knock on your door and sell you a commodity you never even needed and still will not need anytime soon and then take his commission back to the company and hit his payday. That’s is a successful salesman.

In business there’s no brother or sister, friend or family. A successful salesman only has to make sales to be promoted in his line of work.

Igbos are and have always been successful salesmen and tradesmen. Nothing in this world can take that skill away from them.

For them to take a red apple and sell it to you as being green, my brother Abeg just allow them be and know that it’s a trait God made them with. Na follow come lol.

Don’t be angry if it seems they sometimes force you to buy their wares, it’s never true. No true igbo salesman ever forcefully makes a sale. You the customer gets wooed into buying every single time.

You should instead check your decision making skills than heaping all the blame on the salesmanship of the successful igbo tradesmen.

Wow! There’s no single ipob or shiite member in that crowd yet the army still saw reason to shoot directly at the unarmed civilians.

This is just to show that when it comes down to it, we are all in this hell hole together. It’s not about tribe anymore. It’s about survival and taking charge of our collective destinies.

Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo... the time to restructure is now.

Car Talk / Re: Help!!!! My C350 2009 Battery Is Draining by lilkech(m): 12:44pm On Oct 15, 2020
Kingdemu:
Yes it true the multimeter has both a black wire and a red wire attached to it as well as several different input slots. On tge multimeter, be sure to connect the black wire to the "com" (common ground) input and plug the red wire into the highest amp input (usually 20A). Set the dial on the multimeter to measure amps. On the battery, place the red lead through the metal circle at the end of the negative battery cable. Touch the black lead to the negative battery terminal.

Thanks a lot. I also have a battery drain issue and I couldn’t for the life of me understand how to use a multimeter before now. I’d try what you’ve posted. I appreciate your help.

Kingdemu:
You have a parasitic battery drain. Luckily, you can usually embark on a DIY to find the cause of a parasitic draw yourself. First make sure no electrical components are on. Turn off the radio, AC, lights, wipers, etc. and close your glovebox. Engage the emergency brake, turn your vehicle off, and remove the key from the ignition if you haven't already. Then, close all of the doors and the trunk so that none of the circuits are activated Get a digital multimeter and connect to the negative battery terminal of your vehicle. Then, remove the fuses one at a time while watching for changes in the multimeter’s reading. Once the readin drops, you’ve found tha culprit and can take steps to repair it.

I thought multimeters have a red and black wire. Would you connect both to the negative terminal of the battery? I’m not good with electronics

Business / Re: Fraud At First Bank ATM by lilkech(m): 11:00pm On Oct 06, 2020
Op your own case is very unfortunate, truth is there’s nothing you can do about it except you push for them to review the footage from the camera on that very atm machine which you tried to withdraw from (that’s if the stuff records video and not just only takes pictures).

My own case was funny, it happened some years ago. I went to one access bank atm to withdraw 10k, I slot my card in and keyed the amount I needed after inputting my pin then the machine started counting .... then started to dispense cash ... it kept dispensing and dispensing, as in the floodgate where the cash comes out from just flew WIDE OPEN and was spitting money out.

Others behind me on the queue were as astonished as I was. It dispensed more than 200k and it was just spitting the notes out at me (N500 notes oh)

I had to stuff the few in my hands into my pocket, pick up the ones that fell on the floor and then used my shirt as a basin to be catching the rest as they flew out of the machine at me. The machine kept throwing out notes upon notes for up to a minute rapidly before it stopped.

At the end of the drama I just packed everything in my shirt and then went into the bank itself wearing only singlet to complain and make a deposit of the amount I never needed back onto my account.

That was the day I started to fear atm machines and computers generally. When they want to FINISH you there won’t be any warning.

Thank goodness I had an account with that same bank and it was still in the daytime during banking hours if not sorry for be my name.

If you see the way the long line of waiting customers varnished from that atm gallery after the movie they saw ehn... lol

Omo fear machines oh.

Car Talk / Re: Issues With My Ride After Fixing. by lilkech(m): 10:05am On Sep 21, 2020
PaulH07:
Hello fellas!

I don come with my wahala again, but that's the life of a first timer taking care of this wahala called car.

Well I successfully put my ride back in shape but here are issues I'm now facing:

1. My MIL(check engine) light was previously blinking anytime I drive, but after some mechanical works today, it has stayed put any time I'm driving. I browsed the internet for some info and found out a faulty airflow meter usually causes it. Actually a part of my airflow meter is broken anyway due to the accident, which makes the car make noise like trailer.

blinking MIL light is usually a misfire but I think it’s only visible when you have no prior MIL before the indication. If you had a steady MIL light before a misfire occurs your MIL should still stay on steady. It’s possible after your kazz worked he has used his left hand to attach something or forgot it totally hence the steady MIL. You might still have a misfire and wouldn’t know it

Was told an airflow meter goes for about 10k, bear in mind I reside in Taraba state.

2. Anytime I drive, my drive D keeps blinking, even after refilling the transmission oil with 1L of transmission oil, as i saw on the net as well that it's the commonest cause of a blinking D on the dashboard. Wetin una think?
if your gear is still manageable you can order the original fluid DW1 and flush. 4 cans should do. Just take out 4 liters in there and replace with the new ones. Why you shouldn’t do a full flush is because it may damage the gearbox since you don’t trust the prior fluid in there. Then you will clean the solenoids. All of them if possible plus the transmission filter. Doing this and the gear is still misbehaving then it might be an electrical issue. The wiring will be checked. If the gear still drives then there’s hope.

3. Sometimes the car goes off itself while driving yesterday, and was diagnosed today as one of the plugs being faulty. Had the whole 3 of the front plugs changed today and it hasn't gone off itself since then. But there's this low sound it makes while it's on idle, as if it wants to go off, before going back to it's normal sound again. This sounds is worsened anytime I switch on my AC. Make una epp me check am out!
this means your engine stalls. Maybe worse under load. Your spark plugs, MAF or IACV might be the culprit. Check your plug coils and wiring too.

4. Finally the Brake light keeps showing, despite the Brake working perfectly. This is giving me serious concern as the info I got on the net says it means the brake isn't working as it's supposed to. Checked the "master slender" as they called it for the brake oil, and saw the brake oil is reduced. Yet to top it up, but I go still like know weda anything apart from brake oil fit cause am, to be prepared before hand.

is your brake still working well? If it’s working okay then there are some likely causes of that light staying permanently on. Have you checked your handbrake? Does it go down fully when depressed? Does it hold the car? You will have to take off the center divider to check it’s wiring. There’s a sensor located at the base of the handbrake, check if it’s good by unplugging it. If the light still stays on then that’s not the issue and your handbrake is working fine. Next check your brake fluid reservoir, open it and look under the cap, there’s a rubber there, is it pushed into the cover or popped out? If it’s out then gently push it in. It helps keep pressure in the reservoir and when it’s pooped out it confuses the float. The again there’s a float at the button of the reservoir where a wire connects to its sensor. Sometimes the sensor might be bad or the float stuck. To unstick the float take a small spammer and hit the top of the reservoir firmly a few times and check. If the light stays on then unplug the wire from the socket and it should go off. If it still stays on then your problem is from elsewhere and your reservoir is fine. Meaning your master cylinder is okay. Lastly check your brake pads and calipers. One might be sticking or there’s a leak in your brake lines and it’s lost pressure

Thank ya'll for the comments in my previous post. Abeg make una epp me put mouth for this one too ooo!

Nagode soose!

I have a complete repair manual for your car. Drop an email I will forward it to so you can be ontop the issues with your car. Then before heading out to meet any kazz you’d know what to expect. If you don’t have money for a scanner for now you can jump the holes on your obd2 port to get the raw codes and use as a clue to your ECU’s MIL light issues. Take a small thin flexible wire and stick it in the holes numbered 4 & 9 on your obd2 port under the drivers dash, turn the cat of your ignition to on (but not crank) and watch the MIL, ABS and AIRBAG indicators blink on your console. Take a video of the entire blinking process and send it to me to interpret it for you. To get the total codes just turn the key and watch it blinking for up to 1min and record the entire process.

Accord is a nice easy car to fix by yourself if you want to

Hmm, but scrutinizing this fee properly you’d find out it costs more if you choose to buy a personal test kit by yourself either locally or online. It even costs far more going to get a lab certified test result by yourself elsewhere.

The students should endeavor to see this as a way to get a verified documentation of being virus free for cheap (especially when you compare it to their school fee prices)

Sadly, I won't take this advise.
It's one of the Fastest way to die.
Thanks for the journey wishes. Leaving lagos 04:00GMT. Not any second later.

It’s like you seldom go on road trips. All ‘major’ interstate bus transport companies were mandated to install speed limiter devices in their fleet sometime in the last year or so. This means those busses don’t exceed 100kmph on the highways these days.

Unless your car isn’t mechanically capable of reaching such speeds I don’t see the reason why doing such on a federal interstate highway will be synonymous with buying a one way ticket to meet your maker.

If you leave Lagos by 4am you’d be over the head bridge by 1pm and in owerri by 2pm. Just remember that once you get into Onitsha and take the flyover towards owerri the road is terrible and holdup will eat another 2-3hrs of your journey except after climbing the bridge you immediately take the next turn to your left at the demarcation in the road and follow the next turn to your right which will be like your going through a market. If you take this road you’d bypass the bad portion of your Onitsha drive and be on the highway to ihiala under 20mins after crossing the head bridge.
