Confirming the news President Donald Trump says ‘all is well’ and ‘so far so good’ as the damage and casualties continue to be assessed after Iran fired more than a dozen ballistic missiles at two Iraqi bases housing American troops in a revenge attack for the U.S. drone strike that killed a top Iranian general.

32-year-old medical twin brothers were found dead next to each other hanging from adjacent trees following Christmas after a relative found a suicide note, an inquest heard today.

The bodies of the identical twin, Billy and Joey Smith, who appeared on the Channel 4 TV show My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding in 2014, were found near Sevenoaks, Kent, on December 28.

The brothers, who were both 32, were discovered by family in woods off a remote country bridleway where they used to play as children, shortly before midday.

The opening of the inquest into their deaths today heard the tree surgeon twins were found by family after they left a suicide note, and their loved ones called police.

The twins – who were born in Lewisham, South East London – were found hanging from trees adjacent from each other, the inquest was told in Maidstone, Kent.

General Qassem Soleimani, the architect Tehran’ military operations, was killed on Friday in a U.S. drone strike on his convoy.

The body of Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani, who was killed in Iraq in a U.S. military strike, was returned to Iran on Sunday – as Dominic Raab insists Boris Johnson is ‘in charge’ despite him only jetting home from holiday today.

Soleimani, the architect of Tehran´s overseas clandestine and military operations as head of the Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force, was killed on Friday in a U.S. drone strike on his convoy at Baghdad airport.

Following massive funeral marches in Iraq, his body was flown to the city of Ahvaz in southwest Iran. Video from the scene shows a casket wrapped in an Iranian flag being unloaded from a plane as a military band plays and the crowd angrily chanted ‘Death to America’.

Iran issued its latest threat of retaliation on Saturday, when Revolutionary Guards commander Major General Hossein Salami promised ‘a strategic revenge which will definitely put an end to the US presence in the region.’

As tensions heightened, Britain has manoeuvered two warships to accompany British-flagged oil tankers in the Gulf and more than 400 soldiers training local forces have been ordered to abandon duties and switch to ‘force protection’ and guard British diplomats and assets.

The soldiers will be handed heavier weapons and have been told to move from eight small bases in Iraq to large US-controlled compounds, although these sights are at risk of retaliation after an Iranian official said 35 US targets had already been identified in the region.

A Royal Navy nuclear powered submarine armed with Tomahawk cruise missiles is also in the region, where it is kept at all times, and is in position to strike if tensions give way to war.

The 20ft tomahawk carries a 1,000lb high explosive war head has a range of 1,550 miles and travels at speeds of 550mph, with the power to destroy a building.

Background

I recall making books for my imaginary school and gathering kids together to teach them. As a child, I wanted to become a teacher, so I could impart knowledge to people.

Education

For my elementary and secondary education, I attended Alpha Comprehensive Training College in Obio Akpor, Rivers State. I then proceeded to study English at the Ignatuis Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

BB

I was inspired to take part in Big Brother Naija (2019 edition) because of the platform (it offers). I have always wanted to be on the show; seeing how huge a platform it is and how people go in there with nothing and leave with opportunities. I wanted to make my brand global, so I decided to try it out.

Parents’ reaction

My parents fully supported and respected my decision.

Experience

I went through a lot; it was quite stressful and demanding– the crowd and anxiety before finally being selected.

I barely had favourites while in the house but I liked Sir Dee, Khafi, Isilomo and Omashola in the house and after the competition, I’ve got to meet and like a lot more ex-housemates.

Lessons

Some of the most important lessons I learnt while in the house were patience and tolerance. I learnt to coexist with a large number of people. Prior to the show, I had never lived, eaten or slept in a place with many other people. I never could tolerate sharing my privacy.

Attitude

I was not arrogant while in the house. I was just being myself but Nigerians are not people to be joked with. They turned my innocent bluntness to being saucy. I am just a naturally blunt person.




Disqualification

I don’t hold anyone responsible for my disqualification from the show; not Mercy or anyone else. I feel I was meant to be disqualified. That disqualification was fate and nobody’s fault.

Big Brother gave me a platform to showcase myself. I stayed in his house and ate his food. His house has rules and he’s never wrong. He did what he had to do.

I also don’t feel like Seyi betrayed me while we were in the house.

If I were to go for the competition again, I would, honestly, smile more, be more lively while minding my business and avoid fight traps.

I am doing well for myself and brand now. I am very visible and my family, the ‘titans’ make being visible easy for me.

Mercy

We are good and existing– that’s all there is to it.

Gratitude

I am a grateful person. I showed gratitude to everyone who supported me while in the house when I got out. I don’t know why the story about me being ungrateful made so much ‘buzz’. Maybe some people expected more; I don’t know.

However, I have learnt to compromise, keep my emotions in check and react less to critics.



Vlogging

The highlight of my vlogging career was the first time I had 100,000 views on YouTube and also when I got my YouTube page verified by Google for paid advertisements to be featured.

Sacrifice

Some of the biggest sacrifices I have made for my career include depriving myself of sleep and relinquishing my family time and privacy.

Advice

I would tell anyone aiming to go for BBN to be original. They should not change anything about themselves or act for the camera.

Qualities

The former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has mocked the younger sister of former senate president, Bukola Saraki, Gbemisola Saraka after her family house was demolished by the Kwara state government.

the minister of transportation (state), Gbemisola Saraki, is undoubtedly one of those that fought and supported the APC governorship candidate during the last general election.

Gbemisola who is at loggerhead with her brother the former senate president and also former governor of Kwara state went as far as releasing a video to mock her brother, Bukola Saraki over his lost.

Judging from a tweet by Fani-Kayode, there are very clear indications that the comment is referring Gbemisola Saraki, a member of the All Progressives Congress(APC), who party had demolished ‘Ile Arugbo‘ built by Gbemisola’s late father, Olusola Saraki.

Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia, has dismissed the impeachment case against, American President Donald Trump, accusing the Democratic Party of using “absolutely invented reasons” to try and remove him from office.

A Nigerian lady simply identified as @Scilla_xx on Twitter has accused the senior pastor of Omega Outreach Christian Ministry, Apostle Johnson Suleman, of sleeping with her cousin and also renovating their family house in Auchi, Edo state.



The lady made the comment in reaction to the cleric’s call via his official Twitter handle to all ‘true Christians’ to boycott Netflix application from their system over the viral gay Jesus movie which was released by the company.



The lady while spilling the milk queried what manner of true Christian is the popular cleric when he was busy sleeping with her cousin.
