Sweden doesn't seem to be 'cheap', for me.
You just need to consider a lot of things before moving. Personally, I have a dislike for UK. But again, I hear it's easier to adapt there.

I am sure many don't know what cargo flight is. What water body will you use for the seaport, river Niger?

With a cargo airport in Anambra, lagos port can be made led busy. Goods will arrive faster, though at an extra cost. But risk of loss will be reduced too.

Sweden is not like UK where you can easily get some unskilled jobs to support yourself. Language barrier is a major factor.

You can actually do part-time jobs as a student, Sweden speaks English as a second language, in fact, English language is more common in Sweden than many other countries with English as a second language.

I don't know the school you applied to but according to Chalmers university you can start once you have paid your tution fess cause embassy or immigration might contact school to be sure you are a student

We were talking about the amount of cash you are expected to have in your account when applying for residence permit and it has nothing to do with the school or course of study other than the facts that it could reduce a bit if your school offers you accommodation.

I don't know if the sponsorship letter issued by TetFund can be used in place of the first semester's payment evidence...

The fees depend on the school and course. I got admission in Stockholm university for a Master's Programme in Hydrology, Hydrogeology and Water Resources and the school fees is 280,000 sek.
