There are many supporters of a candidate on here that are outrightly bragging about buying PVCs from people. Well, seems it's actually true!

Someone just told me some people came by our area some days ago and are paying people good money for their PVC. Don't know how true it is but I want you to encourage people around you to refuse and not allow someone deceive or entice them to sell their destiny away.

We only have one last chance in this country, we most isolate the old criminals and restrict them to their little villages, not Nigeria as a whole. Nigeria is not for sale!

I've been seeing a lot of these kinds of posts on Nairaland of late and I know the mods are the ones systematical pushing it to front view in politics section.

Criticism of a politician, especially an active and serving one is normal. Not everyone will like his policies.

With that said. Nairaland has been on the net since 2005, Tinubu has been in office till 2007, along with an uncountable controversies, why aren't any of Tinubu's atrocities in Lagos and elsewhere being pushed to the limelight here on Nairaland the way Obi's criticisms by people during his administration are?

Or is Tinubu squeaky clean? Is the most controversial, corrupt, notorious, criminal godfather of modern Nigerian politics completely clean?

Is this the same Tinubu these people are clamoring for, even the so called learned ones? The same man that always talks like someone extremely high? Just look at him speak, you can't even endure a 2mins video of him talk.

I disagree, the most accommodating are the Middle Belt people.

Yorubas are probably the most tribalistic in Nigeria. The most tribalistism I've received and even heard people complain about is from the Yoruba people, and that's even in my own state of Kaduna.

They insult you secretly, badmouth you and mock you behind your back. They also blow up the fires of distrust and misunderstanding, all while making themselves out as the good ones. Nigeria goes beyond Lagos State my friend.

I hope no one takes this as a form of tribal submission but my personal experiences! Thank you.

So when I watch the man's interviews and his utterances make more sense than practically anyone else in the current government, I'm willing to give him the benefit of doubt.
He is a northern muslim male so of course he's going to have some views that are unpalatable to people like me who are non-muslim southerners. But I don't trust Twitter's hatred of the man to be based on reality when those same people seem to hate me the same way and I KNOW that I didn't do anything worthy of hatred.

A friend of mine who comes from the same village as Okowa confirmed it but with what's playing out in Osun state, man said it's possible for Governor's and godfathers like Okowa and Tinubu to hold their states down again the Obidient wave.
