Nipost is one of the most corrupt govt agencies. That's how Private couriers DHL, FedEx, ups GIGtook their business. Apart from buying stamp and WAEC forms and those who subscribe for hard copy magazines via mail box, never patronise them

If it is registered of which I am familiar with they are not supposed to charge you guys shii shii, but you can give them money to buy airtime... And for USP to charge you $120,for just 2laptops, I don't think it's registered mail, that's too weighty
