Now I have to determine which parts of the river are shallow. The shallowest that can come to mind would be closer to the ocean though (in the delta region).

If you did some measurements and indeed for the same video, you get different MBs of usage on different networks, it might mean the one with the lower usage is configured to use various techniques to lower your data usage; including compression and resizing/choosing a setting that yields smaller videos. Though we have to be sure the one with the higher usage is not engaging in some shady practices.

That reference to Ijaw was completely unnecessary. For all we know, the letter was written by a Yoruba in Jonathan's camp. It could even have come from a mole embedded in Obasanjo's household (meaning it could even be one of his other disgruntled children).
