asdfjklhaha: So you men that go to night clubs, and rubbish yourselves with hundreds of girls and come back with lots of STDs who do you expect to marry you?
Why are Nigerian men so hypocritical in nature. They sit and castigate anything girls do when they themselves do worse.
If you detest clubs then stop going there. Leave the girls there for men who want to marry them. And for the records, I don't go to clubs. Rubbish. A soldier goes to war to kill; not get killed. No hypocrisy. |

Cybertext: 1. you will realize that the robbers car was already outside the bank premises long before the Honda accord car came inside, the robbers had to reverse from their parked position and try to make a way into the bank by parking in-between the gate for a better chance of getaway. You may have to watch again; they trailed the Honda and drove past the bank as the Honda drove in. They then stopped and reversed to enter the bank. Apparently they knew the Honda had a large sum but didn't know the owner was stopping at the bank to make a deposit. They were following and waiting for an opportuned location to ambush. Of course this happened a long time ago and the police already have all the details of the robbery. |

sukkot: my guy i saw the bullets bounce of the post the guard is in and it did not make a dent at all. the guy shooting from the car was firing at the post and it made no dent on the building. solid cement. he shoulda kept his ass in there and engage them from behind that cover LOL. I wasn't even arguing about the merit of the guard making a dash. You referred to AK47s as locally made. Now to make it worse you talk about bullets bouncing off the walls. Bounce? Is this table tennis? Guy, when a high velocity projectile hits a flat and less strong surface, there is displacement of material from that surface. You see fragments of wall flying off and you call it bouncing bullet. Guy, those bullets are not bouncing off but going right in and maybe through. It's like saying a meteor bounces off the surface of the Earth. Ridiculous. |

sukkot: did you not see the picture of the weapons when they caught the guys ? rusty locally made weapons. its in the picture when the two guys were sitting on the ground after they caught them My guy, if you know about guns, you will know that they are not locally made. Those are AK47s. Even if they are old, they are still as effective as they were maybe 30 to 50 years ago when they were manufactured. In fact that's one of the selling points of the AK47 - durability. Please read more about it. Nobody can make a gun capable of firing semiautomatic or automatic locally. Observe the video and see shots being fired rapidly (automatic mode). |

sukkot: bro, those are locally made guns. the bullet cant penetrate. unless the police post is made of wood which i dont think a bank would put a police post made of wood on premises. Dude, are AK47s made locally? Please check well before you continue. |

SmartMugu: I agree with you on the boldened, but it may not be true in every situation.
A friend just told me he may be killed whenever he returns to Nigeria from the US. Why? Some folks he knew in Nigeria wanted him to help them buy some cars and ship them to Nigeria. He found out the funds were hitting his personal bank account from random people from random states in the US, Colorado, Alaska, Ohio, Vermont etc. Those states aren't even close to one another. Dude went to his bank in the US and told them he knew nothing about the transactions. The banks held on to the funds until someone would come out confidently to defend the source, which no one did. Now, folks upset are telling him he'll be killed if he steps his feet in Nigeria. Smart mugu indeed. If your friend wasn't willing to deal, how did they get his account number? He chop money come dey give you mugu story. Back to the main story; anything and the judges file out with robes. Nobody knows what really happened. People get kidnapped and murdered all the time. They don't have to be involved in dirty deals. |

Whether amicable or not, nobody stays as a foreigner in any country without having the proper immigration status. I don't know how some people think, but I do know those without legal immigrant stay will be deported. To get that immigrant status should be what non-Yorubas should worry about. |

kotv: His comments so far showed of Ibos wanting to keep nigeria unity which we know is a lie based on the opinion about the unity of Nigeria of all the ibos I know personally and the ones I knew are ibo on this forum before I left. Guy open your eyes and read well. Nowhere did he advocate for the unity of Nigeria. Rather, he's advocating for the SS to join with SE; and if they (SS) do not join Biafra, they should not go on their own but MUST remain in Nigeria. This we have termed "attache-by-force" so many times already. So once again, your discernment radar needs tuning. |

Don't sit around waiting for Igbos to leave so you can inherit their properties. Get busy, get productive and acquire your own. You can read up on Sudan and South Sudan separation. poseidon12: Not so. If we break up, nobody will be chasing anybody out. It just means that one may suddenly become a foreigner. Lagos will definitely still have Igbo people and they will definitely retain their businesses and properties. Don't you have foreigners living in Lagos right now? They will just become foreigners. Remember Nigeria will remain a member of ECOWAS, AU, UN. And will be sanctioned if they step out of line. If they chase Igbos out, members of the ECOWAS, AU, UN may also chase Nigerians out. How's that? I'm sure you'll not like that. LOL. I guess you work for O'dua Immigration Department? Further LOL at the "threat" of being evicted by ECOWAS. Mbediogu: My comment is historically logical. Tribal offspring of towns founded by ancestors running away for one reason or the other cannot be be said to be brave. If your ancestors are cowards you are likely to be a coward because you carry their genes. Apart from Oduduwa who fell from heaven, all other yoruba ancestor fled to the Bush from Ile Ife. (I am hopeful the revered Oduduwa was not running away from Angel Michael. Or was he deposed with Lucifer?) lmao. LESSON - Don't joke with Ikemba. What you throw at hobos, you get two from history. Provide an account of your history. Tell us where you came from: LESSON: A person with no history has no destination. |

Why the Igbo Nation kicked against the proposal for a secession clause in the 1954 Lyttleton constitution, still remains a mystery to me. The secession clause would have prevented the civil war and would have ensured good governance at the center because the component units of the Federation, can always invoke the secession clause, whenever they feel their interest is not being protected at the center. To say the Igbo Nation actually took this stand in concert with the Hausa-Fulani, Northern Peoples Congress elements, is what makes this stand very puzzling. I think the country deviated from the path of greatness by that singular act of commission or omission. What is puzzling about ganging up with the North to politically sideline the South West? What is puzzling about having a vision to spread to all corners of the country? |
