And to those who crave long life so much even if they are so useless (even to the point of wearing diapers and sh!tting on themselves):

Che Guevera - Died aged 39
Jesus - Died aged 33
Steve Jobs - Died aged 54

Yet we feel the impact of their lives to mankind and continue to remember them. Babangida will die over 70 years and will not be remembered in the next generation.

The funny thing is how many northerners (and maybe even rich-from-dubious-means) southerners are fervently praying for this goat.

Logica, I'm feeeling u, but these nitwits under Fireman's care can't understand all this. If they cant understand that a man wearing muscle tops with a dyed beard and wheels still spinning is sham, this donkey analogy go hard them. Thanks for that though. Nice
It sickens me that people can just lap up fraudulent analogies without applying a single neural connection. At best the donkey of Jesus' time is analogical in the present day to an UNRELIABLE motor-cycle that breaks down often; unreliable because that is the donkey's nature. Though physically strong it is very stubborn and difficult to train and command. There is a reason stubborn/foolish/disagreeable people are referred to as a$$/donkey.

But how many of them will brag about it to even their husband the way the men will tell the wife "if you dont sit up, I will marry another woman"?
You are still old school. That sounds like something a village man would say. Definitely not a new generation Nigerian male (except of course those indoctrinated in the manners of the 1950s/1960s man). But you will find low-life b!tches of this generation who will in a fit of anger reveal to the husband that he is not the father of the children he thinks he has. It does happen.

Yes, they are careful, and thus my saying they are not as lousy, they dont brag about it and just chop and clean mouth, unlike the men that see cheating as a medal and boast about it to friends . . .but the women will do it and even pretends they never did, some after some kids will even say they are virgins
You are old school. Many women of this generation (yes Nigerian women) discuss men they fvcked just like many men discuss women they fvcked. You'll be surprised what they discuss at saloons as they make their hair or shop at boutiques (exactly as you see in "Desperate Housewives" or any of the other silly serials). You talk about how tight the pvssy was, they talk about how big the manliness was.

Men will cheat ANYWHERE once they get the chance, its in our genes.
I don't expect a woman to understand because it is a MAN thing.
So home or diaspora,a man gonna cheat because hes got to cheat, simples!
Hilarious. You are probably the type that your woman will be cheating and you will have no clue. Women cheat as much as men do, maybe even more. It's not a "man thing". I have nothing to say on the actual topic because the comparison makes no sense.
Politics › Re: Is Any Nlander Capable Of Running Nigeria As Its Leader? by logica(m): 11:54pm On Nov 08, 2011
When you think of the fact that Gowon became the Head-of-State of Nigeria in 1966 at the age of 29 and he didn't even know the meaning of the word "federation" (yes, I read an article about the meeting they had after the 2nd coup of 1966 - also called the counter-coup of 1966 - and one of the participants talked about making Nigeria a federation and Gowon asked him what it meant); then you will know most people on this site can "run" Nigeria as its leader. Though I will suspect "run-down" is the more appropriate word.

A Horse was a Benz GL 450 Jeep and a Donkey was a Hummer Jeep - go Figure  grin
I have heard parrots repeat this same dubious analogy when the topic of Jet-airplane-owning pastors came up. The analogy was made up by your pastors right? I have heard that the donkey is very expensive and Jesus rode on one, which was like Jesus riding a private Jet-airplane. The con artists always deceive m0rons who can't use a bit of logic.

Now answer me this, if Joseph was a poor carpenter and Mary rode on a donkey on the journey before the birth of Jesus how would he have been able to afford it if it was analogically as expensive as a Hummer? Picture Mufu your neighborhood carpenter driving a Hummer as he finds a hospital for his wife to deliver.

The truth is the donkey was very cheap and it was for poor people (even cheaper analogically than any car you can think of in this age). That was why Jesus got one easily and free on his ride into Jerusalem.

Why should they be the ones to proffer solutions? Isn't that the work of the government? It's always funny when I see incapable people happy to fill positions and then be expecting the public who are not being paid a dime to assist them. If you are not capable, you have no business with the government (or any position of authority for that matter).

Out of the blue, two armed guys walked up to my dad and said, "Oga, open the door or this bullet go jam your head" and my dad got angry and said, "Common, will you get out of my sight" and pushed the guy out and quickly raised up his glass (window).
Very dangerous. I like his guts though. I am glad he got away with it. Personally I will like nothing more than to be able to defend myself appropriately with my own piece if any fool comes to reap where he did not sow (death is the thing they are worthy of sowing).

The guy even shot at me from close range but thank God i was not hit.
In case you haven't learnt from this, I will advise you to ensure that any transactions you do in the excess of 100k (even 50k sef) is done electronically. This even has the extra advantage of documentation unlike a cash payment. Just do a transfer to the person's account and if the person insists on cash, push the risk on him by having him follow you to the bank to pick up the cash.

Come to think of it; we may just be taking our "leaders" too seriously. If everyone of us can clearly see this is a bad idea (especially considering the embarrassment of alternative energy sources we have) we should know that the real idea is just to create another white elephant sink basin for enough skimming of raw cash. No nuclear power plant will ever go online. It's all a ruse to maintain the status quo. The Diesel Mafia will be very much intact.
