Many of you may think that employment for Akwa Ibom people is more important, but one thing you don't know that the rest of the world will keep seeing us as Subhumans.











There was a time we read news here that a certain country in Europe doesn't score their students "F" in the University. Reason being that it is morally wrong to give the "F" score when students put their precious time in doing assignments and coming to school.

In my comment, I said that it Nigerian universities should adopt the system because the "F" score reduces the morale of students who have been attending lecturers.

One girl tackled me. She said that such system will reduce or kill the producing of quality graduates.



Now, you all should tell me if Nigeria would be depending on China to build a city if it really produces quality graduates.

Now you all should tell me if Nigeria would be borrowing money up and down if she produces quality graduates that would be advising the politicians.

You all should tell me if Nigeria will be calling the Chinese to help her build railway and tard road if she really produces quality.







Listen my point here is since the country educational system thinks that it is right to score "F" in order to produce quality graduates, now why is she depending on China after she pushed a narrative that she produces only quality students.

Honestly speaking am really worried, have dated my fiance for sometime now. So we finally decided to tie the knot.
She suggested we do it this year November and I concurred, so we've been saving towards it ever since.

Last 2 months I made my intentions known to her family, that I will like to marry their daughter. Due to the conversations I had With her parents, I told them I wanted it small.. because am not financialy buoyant.

But To my surprise, her dad said I shouldn't worry about it, they are going to support me ( which is most likely Normal)

With the traditional right drawing close, last month I learnt from my fiancee..her parents are planning to buy 2 cow for the traditional and white wedding. (I was surprised)

The following week, the hall she choosed for the reception of the white wedding, has already been paid for by her dad which was about 500k excluding the decorations which they also took care of ( even though I opted we could have done the reception in the church)

But my fiancee told me her dad is inviting alot of well-wishers home and abroad to come celebrate with us.both his fellow staffs and all.

* I bought 2 bag of rice and groundnut oils

* We paid for the cakes

* We paid for drinks

* We sorted things out (invitation cards, pre shoot photos)

But was surprised 2 days to the traditional marriage, more expensive drinks were rolling in.

On the d day of the white wedding, I realised, they cooked more than 8 bags of rice ( coconut, jollof, banga and fried) meats were surplused.
Alot of people came from her family's, while my own families were just there.. they did get the message.

Someone even said it to my mom face. THAT THIS GIRL PAPA TRY O.

please, I don't want to sound like am a bad person or I don't know good.
Offcus I appreciate her parents efforts, but am just a little bit worried.

As a man, won't this come to haunt me in the future?

I am a bit confused right now. I have two remote jobs currently, they both pay me 200k and 150k salary respectively. These two companies have been existing for over 3 years so they have built up structure that one could trust a little over time...

I recently applied for another full-time job, it's a startup that is just moving from ideation phase to implementation. And they are offering me 650k salary a month even though I told them my salary expectation is 500k a month. I will be working 2 days onsite, 3 days remotely.

I am enticed by this new salary and at the same time, my current jobs have built structure that I can trust.

Not to even mention that I occupy a very important position in these two companies: though not a big deal.

Please i am just confused... Just finanlized everything with the company’s management team.. I am meant to resume next two weeks.

I am barber, just turned 19 few weeks ago and I am supposed to start my uni education tomorrow but that is not the problem.

I earned upwards of 40... Maybe 60k most of which I aid my siblings with. But it's too demanding, like 14 or 15 hours a day everyday. And I have some skill trading forex but I don't do it now.

Right now I want to drop barbing and possibly school to learn blockchain development. My mom will prolly take me for deliverance. Lol.
I am buying a laptop tomorrow. Already dropped social media, right now its just Reddit and NL.

Greetings to you all, please don't mind my write up for I'm not fluent in Gramma construction, to cut long story short, I'm in a relationship where the background of the girl is highly questionable the mother of my girlfriend was thrown out of her marriage on the ground of infidelity she was cut in the act, her first daughter the elder sister to my girlfriend married with a son but now the marriage no longer exist reason for the break up I don't know, she is now a baby mama that sleeps around with different men, she is the same mother with my girlfriend but different father.

My girlfriend did one abortion for me because I was not too comfortable with her antecedence she doesn't have a good parental upbringing her mother was not there to raise her, her father too was also not available to see to her welfare, it's a very complicated issue I was scared and confuse of the whole situation and for history not to repeat It self I made to carry out the abortion and I started withdrawing from the girl gradually, but now I'm having guilty conscience..... I will not call the name of my church for some reasons, but my church is that type that dosn't have a parmanent pastor.

So, we always have a new pastor almost every four or five years.

Recently, a new pastor was transfered to us, this my new pastor is very good when it comes to preaching the word of God, and things that helps in the development of a church.. infact, so many good things have been going 'on' in my church since his arrival.

But the problem is that, he is that kind of pastor with swag, He goes to beer parlour to drink, he can go to gathering to play draft, (imaging the kind of people u see in a beer parlour of draft gathering), and because of this things he does, some people (expecially other churches) use it against us the members..

People we be like, una pastor wey dey drink beer.. And we don't even know how we can deffend him or ourself when we are being attacked by these people..

We are currently loosing members on a daily basis, and i'm not happy with it.

the man is the real deal. you and the members that see it as a problem are hypocrites.

because we lack good justice system in this shithole that's why anything goes. try is this in a country whey dia head correct and they sue you out of business.

Because I don't understand, I took a loan of 20k to be repaid in 6 months; the first month I got a debit of 3,600, stating it was for principal liquidation...

This morning I woke up with some debit on my phone with the same messages. The amount was less, because I had less than 1k in the account, everything was wiped out.

So if had up to 3k in my account, they would have still wiped it off?

Is that how they operate? Make una talk too me. Right now, I tried dialing their banking code, they keep telling me i don't have access to the service at the moment, I should contact the bank for further assistance.

Does it mean, the account has been blocked because they couldn't deduct the ₦3,600? None of this was mentioned in their terms of services.

If I keep paying the 3,600 for 6 months, it means, i will be paying ₦21,600 just for interest, meanwhile I to a loan of 20k... isnt this fraud?

I brought up this topic two years ago, it was about a girl i loved so much we were good friends, but she is Just into a kinda flashy lifestyle funded by runs.
