U are lucky u survived it.I also received similar call last week when I was at work, an anonymous number called me and was asking me if i want to join the civil defense or have any friend that will like to join too,i said yes he ask me to call him back. I was surprised first i didn't tell anyone i wanted to join, i thought abt it for sometime nd decided to put on my data connection and opened my Truecaller app only to see the man's number showing"SCAMMER MR PAUL" I laughed and deleted the number. Since then he never called again. BEWARE GUYS.
