Booking of appointment has been hijacked by greedy travel agencies, the whole 2021 is already booked thereby making the embassy to slow down... Slots now for sale from those agencies, very disgusting.

I doubt if Agencies has slots self, see what this Agents do is they would tell you dey have slots to sell for visa Appointments but behind you, what they do is still the same thing you're doing which is by calling the same number you're calling for visa interview!! There's nothing special!! Most people don't know this!!

As a married man, I know how much I spend monthly on family compared to when I was single. And this keeps me wondering how most Nigerian couple who are struggling financially cope, sometimes thinking about it makes me unnecessarily moody.

Raising a family today is no longer a joke. Everything has been heavily monetized, so without adequate income, it's going to be hell for any couple.


I pray God help the single and struggling, it's not easy. God will strengthen all single guys working hard to escape poverty, it's a terrible battle, innocent kids shouldn't be dragged into it please

1. The wedding is just an event, so spending millions in view of that is quite irresponsible.

White weddings are not necessary. I do not subscribe to the idea of gathering and feeding a mammoth crowd who can fend for themselves. I would rather prefer to gather a thousand homeless people and feed them (definitely under a different guise though).

I would more like wanna know what your mum's view is...and why yours is different...

I don't believe in the extravagance that comes with weddings. I don't even like being in a crowded space. Sometimes, we stress ourselves with useful nonsenses (UNs) that are totally avoidable. This is one of such UNs.

I see people spend millions to finance a dream wedding that might not even stand the test of time (not meaning to sound pessimistic). Spend less and invest the millions into a trust funds for the children that would start dropping in about a year. The most expensive item that should be incurred for a wedding should be the bands due to obvious reasons.

Most ladies I know would definitely have the same view as their mum... So what really made you have a different view from your mum's?

How does one pay school fees of 5 million naira per annum on a salary of 500k which most people don't even earn? Isn't it only 8 percent of workers that earn above 150k a month.
