People with experience should shed light on this info please.
Is there any difference between itemized bill and zero balance letter?
On our zero balance letter, there is a list of services and drugs(medication) provided with the corresponding charges in dollars.
Is this the itemized bill?

same happened to bae, eariest dates i cud c was feb, and trip was late dec.i later picked feb, hoping to contact the embassy to enable me fil and submit another ds 160 form bearing an amendended travel date. after about 2wks, the embassy reshedued the dropbox interview to nov, but bae was asked only 2 questions and issued the blue paper, nothing was asked from her as per docs

That’s so serious, this guys are vexing these days. The Canadian outcry was a mess on them and I believe has much to do with the recent refusals.
What are the questions asked and did your bae give birth in the US.

Is it possible to reschedule follow up interview appointment?
Travel already planned for March 2019, but follow up interview appointment is May 23, 2019.
Anybody with idea of what can be done should help? Please

Collect your passport at DHL and schedule interview date

Email came in yesternight and Passport already collected today.
The interview dates on the profile says May 2019, and travel planned for March 2019.

Let her go to DHL for pick up. Her passport is waiting for her there. They often times default in notifications.

Hello house, my wife tried renewing her visa through Dropbox since 23rd of October but yet to get any info from the embassy.
We tracked the visa on the ceac website and it says administrative processing since nov. 8th and on the cgi website, we also tracked the passport and it says no info available for passport.
Logging in to the cgi website, her profile reads schedule follow up interview.
can she schedule the appointment now or wait to hear from the embassy first? Anyone with info about this should please share

This should be a lesson for you, before you start to make uninformed statements, make sure you do your due diligence. When someone was of the opinion that your product was cheaper because you were putting them in your tokunbo cars, you took it personal and declare that your next consignment will shake tables. Now that you have experienced it first hand, you couldn’t shake any stool talkless of a table. Give respect to those who are knowledgeable than you are in the field and learn from them, it won’t portray you as stupid but will increase your knowledge also. My two cents

Yes, you can still be issued an entry visa if you meet up the eligibility requirement. They know you can always reschedule your plan.

You don’t need an ETA to travel to Canada as you already have a study permit, which will facilitate your admission into Canada through any of its border. ETA is meant for nationals of countries with visa waiver agreement with Canada or simply put countries that don’t require visa to enter Canada.

I think you shot yourself in the leg with omitting the US visa denial in your application and also when you were served the fairness letter, you mentioned that you were also denied a UK visa. Maybe the VO had checked with the yankee people and found out you had been denied a visa before and gave you opportunity to defend that, but you came up with another visa denial that you didn’t declare also in the first application. Then the VO presumably thinks you may have more visa denials you are hiding from them and then gave you the five years ban.

I know where VIN is now....haba. The car is not with me yet, going to pick it up at the agent’s place today. Owner just spoke with me yesterday night and he has requested the guy to send the VIN because he doesn’t have it too. Actual mileage is 223,000km

Ofcourse I can’t rule that out, because I was surprised also when the seller (based abroad) told me the odometer reading. The 74,000km is circa 46,500 miles and for a 2007 car is quite unbelievable. And also the car came with my Matrix 2003 with 260,000 km. He promised to send the VIN today and I will modify the advert as soon as I get it.

This is the simple advice i gave to someone, that another person came to tell me i'm talking to a guru, as if Nigeria Immigration or Canadian Immigration staff that determines what happens dey here.

The argument started from owning two valid passports simultaneously, which is normally not acceptable. Expired passport is different from renewing a passport before the due date.
When you have an expired passport with a valid visa stamp, then you can carry it alongside the new passport to reference the valid visa on it.
If the passport containing valid visa is about to expire and it was renewed, then the inscription “cancelled without prejudice” has to be on it so that it can be used alongside the new passport.(NB: the new passport will carry the passport number of the old one).

First of all calm down, I know it can be annoying considering Naija factor.
It is one of two things
1. The connection time between the flight that brought you to CDG and the one to take you to Lagos was not enough for the ground staff to load your luggage into the aircraft. If that should be the case, then your luggage will come with the flight schedule for the next day.
2. Your luggage was loaded into a wrong aircraft.
That you have filled the form is a step in the right direction. I hope it will be resolve in good time

Please house especially @justwise and @Twoods and other mamas in the house. Is there a reason why people avoid declaring $10000 n above? Cuz I see people taking money just shy of $10000 to avoid declaring. Does it reflect badly on you or something if you do?

It won’t reflect badly on you if you can prove that the money is legitimately yours. It is a security measure to combat terrorism, money laundering, drug peddling etc
You can go along with ur bank statement showing when the money was withdrawn from your account and ur work paycheck
