Hello everyone l need ur urgent advise on this matter My brother was denied to boarding his plane yesterday by the airline agent at night because the agent wanted him to pay more tuition deposit and later was told that the plane was over booked so please wat does he do l need ur advise

I applied for child dependant visa for my step daughter (my wife is the MA).

First time I applied for the child, it was denied because the divorce settlement between my wife and ex husband says he can see the child anytime as long as he notifies her one day in advance. We didn’t add a letter then.

This is the second time, we got a written letter (signed, he thumb-printed on As well) from the father of the child now stating he’s aware the girl is traveling to the UK with her mother and he supports it.

I also added my wife’s Visa vignette, mine and letter that I’ll be caring for the child while my wife is schooling.

Just few minutes ago; I received this e-mail; “ Please provide the following documents:

Paragraph ST 34.2 States - Child applicant’s parents must each be either applying at the same time as the applicant or have permission to be in the UK (other than as a visitor) unless the parent with permission as a Student is the sole surviving parent or has Sole Responsibility for the child’s upbringing
• Please provide Details of your parents Visa application to travel with you to the UK or proof in the form of an official court document to evidence that the parent that you are travelling with has Sole Legal Responsibility, however this must not be only in the form of an affidavit.”

Has any one had similar issues and please kindly advice how to go about it because I had provided all these documents prior before now.

I just got my student visa
I was informed by IRCC on the 30th of june
My problem now is that my passport would expire in 5months time and I've already applied to renew it which i was told it would be out by next week and IRCC has given me 30days to submit my passport which the deadline should be 30th of this month.

The bigger problem is I'm not sure that passport will really be out by next week like they said because this is Nigeria so in the worst case scenario it's not out yet is it advisable that i use my old passport with 5months to expire then when the new one comes out i could merge them both together.
Please help I'm confused i really need to know what to do.

The wait is really tiring. Only reminder emails for almost 3 years. Now I am married because for how long will I continue to be unmarried because of US.

I want to try UK student VISA but I have done a marriage certificate, my concern is that would this marriage certificate affect me even if I remain silent on it to the US and pretend to remain unmarried to them?

What can I do to ensure that by the time US calls me, there won’t be issue with my marriage certificate because I don’t want to my category to moved to the married category which would even make the wait very much longer. Please house, advise me on what to do please 🙏🏽

Thanks, I have submitted yesterday 08-11-21. I started everything online and paid on Sunday, and yesterday I was at ikoyi office to submit. I was able to complete all the signings on the file and my biometrics was taken same yesterday.

Go to the designated passport office and submit as soon as possible following which you will be given a date for capturing. Take your evidence of payment, forms, acknowledgement slip, passport photographs and all the required documents along.

If not, go to their office maybe 72hrs after this submission.

On the NVC Portal, no slot for addition of her spouse and children. How can it be done to add her family? She doesnt mind staying back and wait for the approval of her family together.

And also, how to update her name record has she bears her husband's name.

What can be done please?

PS: Was filed for, in 2006 and just got to the stage of visa payment and documentation.

I need your opinion, please.

I want to visit my Boyfriend in the UK in May 2021 as I will be relocating to Canada in June 2021 (I have a Canadian PR) and I am not sure when next we would be seeing.
He is willing to write me an invitation letter and provide all the necessary documents.
I have N5M in my name. 4M is set aside for my relocation to Canada and 1M for my trip to the UK.

But here are my challenges-
- In anticipation & preparation for my relocation to Canada I plan on putting in my resignation next week; it seems difficult to provide ties to home country.
- My siblings and Mum have relocated to Canada already: worry for ties to home country.
I need advice on how to go about my application to avoid rejection.

Maybe you received your approval letter. No 2013 F4 anywhere in the world can get welcome letter now. It will be a letter showing only LGS without invoice

Are sure of the PD for F4 Nigeria? They are dealing with PDs of August 2007 F4 Nigeria. This may not be the final welcome letter that contains case number which starts like LGS20...and PIN that starts with VISCA.....

Yes he/she can only cancel that application before biometrics to make it null and void. He/She can’t upload anything again to that profile AFTER CLICKING SUBMIT ON THE DOCUMENT UPLOAD PAGE except the ECO requests for it. Go and re read this information.

You cannot use UK Visa to travel to Ireland. They are two different countries. [/b]Ireland is part of the Schengen States.[b]
However, you can travel to Northern Ireland which is part of the UK. You will not not need your passport/visa to travel from London - Belfast. Just jump on the train or drive if you wish.

If you already have a UK visa and want tot visit Ireland, better apply for a visa. Good chances that you will be given and [/b]you can use that visa to travel all countries within EU
