Hi all, i have been a guest on NL for a long time but seeing this thread https://www.nairaland.com/6069700/look-too-young-find-it makes me want to come out and share what has been giving me serious headache.

I will be 28 in a month but i have not been able to hit puberty fully. Can count how many strand of hair on my pp, no armpit hair, no facial changes used to be short then i start growing from like 5.7' to 6.5'. No lies it's a very big disgrace when kids that will see my junior brother and bow their heads expect me to call them egbon.


But I have worked on my self esteem, gave myself confidence by reading inspirational books, learnt boxing, build my body, learnt dancing and i can very well say all this have really boost my confidence, i built my confidence by writing job application to jobs i know im over qualified for and intentionally bully the unlucky hr that will interview me �. I am able to read people and give good advices, as a matter of fact, i (despite my baby face) take adult Sunday School at church and I'm able to take my classes like a piece of cake (With God enabling me btw).

Never dated or toast before not cos im scared of being turned down inface i have a lot of babes that really show me emotions but because I'm scared of how the girl will act towards me when she find out my secret and i am gonna keep it that way because i can't really take heartbreak because of something i can't control. already have a good paying Job and finances not my problem so this is my only headache but will i still become normal? Have you overcome something like this? Or do you know how i can correct things?

Clearly, the girls felt somewhat entitled and Idk why. They were wrong on all three counts.

These Chinese doctors wants to deal with us, the way they are mutating and mixing up covid 19 with other disease especially in the USA. This stupid govt, instead of allying with doctors, make research and discover our own cure (we have the herbs and everything we need for a cure) they are busy following the suggested cure from the Chinese so called doctors who came with ulterior motives and also waiting for recommendations and vaccine from the so called WHO which has strictly been criticized for not revealing vital information on how to manage covid 19.

Now the virus is killing people anyhow in Nigeria and we now have over 900 cases. This govt is too weak and lacks direction....na only God go help us.

On the other hand, China is building projects across Africa
from electricity to train to Airport, roads, scholarships to
Africans, etc even with their own money. Let's say we can't
pay and they take over them, who would still be using

infrastructure, Chinese? At least they brought them here, so
if we can't pay back and they take over them these things
would still be in use by Africans and improve quality of life,
just like every private business.
US/Trump that everyone is supporting call Africans all kinds
to unprintable names, visa ban, reporting weak sides of
African nations and continuously ridiculing everything we
do.
The list is long. China hasnt done any of these yet, western
media still find their ways into the hearts of Africans to

Look at China, how many times have they tumbled African

I ave a big problem with my junior brother staying with me this boy want to kill me. It happened that this boy dont want to listen to anything I tell him , he is 19 years very stubborn and lazy , all he does is eating and sleeping , he never help me with my 2 small children 3 and 2 at a time i had enough of his wahala i send him parking sometime last year the boy cried his eyes out begging for my forgiveness , i forgive on one condition he had to prove to me he is now a change person , the boy said ok aunty i will behave , from that time in june till now i have seen some great change in him , he started helping me with my boys because i work and my husband stays in different states , he only comes home once in 3 months , his also has been helping around the house also his stubbornness become less than before.

The rest of day went well, we ate , gist and we all went to bed , me , the girl and my sons both sleep in the same bedroom while my brother sleep in the parlour , at the middle of the night my girl woke me up that she has something to tell me , i checked the time , it was 3 something am , i was like grace go to sleep and tell me tommorow , she said aunty please i want to tell you , i told her to go ahead and this was when my girl opened up and told me everything my brother did to her when i was away in the hospital , she said my brother forced himself on her , he rape her both vaginal and anal i was shocked felt like my heart came out .

Those movie producers from the Asaba axis have to step up their game. I often wonder why their films are rarely premiered in the cinema. Most times you go the cinema to watch a movie, it's always Lagos-made flicks. Why? Quality!

To be sincere, those Asaba guys must see filmmaking beyond meeting their daily bread. They need to be creative and add some panache to it.

You see, their choice of characters is always shocking. Most of them cannot even speak correct English...they keep speaking something that sounds like English thinking it's English.

Movie-making is an art - art requires creativity. If you keep speaking poorly structured, Igbo-accented English language, I don't know who you wish to impress with that.

Look at Ayo AY Makun of yesterday, that guy expends lots of money into any movie he makes. Tomorrow, he wins award and another producer in Asaba is angry. Kunle Afolayan films are in a class of its own. Art isn't about quantity but quality. That should sink in.

While the Asaba-based actors might have been there much longer, the guys in Lagos are giving them a run for their money. And the latter deserve all the awards they (both the casts and makers) get. It's not about ranting and tribalism, those guys in Asaba have to step up their game.
