I have the habit of choosing food based on nutritional values, not based on taste or appearance. For this reason, I don't consume more than five bottles of carbonated drinks in a year. And I don't take alcohol.

If it is according to taste or appearance, I will eat noodles or Egusi soup every day. But I seriously avoid the two. I avoid Egusi because of oil and avoid noodles because it is not absolutely natural.

This habit of mine does not guarantee long life but can prevent or alleviate some health challenges.

They're actually avoiding a direct confrontation and war with Russia for the sake of THEIR citizens first and foremost. It just so happens that what is good for their citizens also benefits smaller and less powerful countries.

Russia and the key NATO powers have nuclear weapons pointing DIRECTLY at each other. The effect will, of course, spill to every corner of the globe, but they will be the first casualties.

I strongly believe if the nukes had no way to hit no NATO country, they would have intervened. It is them also being casualties of the nuclear fallout that may occur that is holding them back, not because they just loooove Africans, Asians, and humanity so much.

Both are good skills to acquire and nurture. However, I would recommend you choose content writing and KDP self-publishing. You don’t need to be a sage or have a wild imagination to make a living with content writing. Focus on non-fiction writing, where you can write “how-to” books. Provided you do good research before writing on a topic, you’ll be fine.

Additionally, you can offer your content writing skills for hire on Fiverr and Upwork. If you’re exceptionally gifted at multitasking, you can pair the content writing with the auto-repair training, where you learn auto repair during the day and write at night. However, nothing brings good results or turns fortunes for the better as fast as focus. Good luck!

Royal Dutch Shell, Chevron, Total, etc. are the major drillers of Nigerian oil, and it is only the number of barrels they declare that they shipped to NNPC and the Nigerian Government that they consider official. Good old corruption can make any oversight function by NNPC or FG to verify these data useless. Also, they charge Nigeria over $30 to drill a barrel of oil that other major countries drill for under $5. Hence, why invade such a poor multi-ethnic country that you're already milking in broad daylight and cause more leadership headaches for yourself?

Sierra Leonean diamonds are gotten for cents-to-the-dollar, and everything still ends in Europe and America for cleaning, cutting and polishing to be resold at multiple times the purchase price. Western countries just make sure to distance themselves from the substandard mining process that claims and maims the lives of the locals for some "moral" reasons and then buy them thereafter.

This is the case all across West Africa and other African regions. So, pray tell, if you were in their shoes, why bother to invade?

One major problem Russia has in terms of media power is language. The West (US, the UK and France specifically) will always have the upper hand in media propaganda due to the widespread adoption of their languages.

The US have benefited immensely from the foundation the British set via colonialism, making sure about 1/4 of the world speaks some form of English. France holds sway in most francofone African countries and others like parts of Belgium and Canada. There is no way you can defeat these people even with the naked truth.

There was no report of Russian bullying until EU, under the guise of "Economic help" offered Ukraine a deal to join it in 2013 which the then-president of Ukraine rejected (he has a right to do that).
Remember that at this time, the Greek economy, a member of the EU, was in turmoil and nobody been really send them because they weren't of any "strategic" importance.

If you look at the world map and see how close Ukraine is to Russia, you'll know why NATO and EU dey die to bring them into their fold. That way, as a member state, they can place any kind of weaponry facing Russia and then Russia is in soup if it goes against any of their interest.

Russia's annexing of Crimea (which they gave to Ukraine in the first place) was a "protection of sovereignty" move rather than a bullying move. By the time the Ukrainian "revolution" toppled the democratically-elected Ukrainian president largely using the Western press influence, the guy that was going to come next would've been a puppet to the West, agreeing to their every conditions.

I'm not saying Russia is good, no. They're just as dark as the people they fight if not darker. All I'm saying is international politics usually isn't how it seems or it's reported. US and EU want to surround Russia at EVERY cost with allies and military bases/long-range hardware.

I suppose you ran a continuity test on the whole system and you separated your heavy load via wiring as well. You don't want a visitor to mistakenly plug a 2500w steam iron into your unit.

Oh. I see there is a socket. Does this mean an extension is sending power to your appliances?

I recently did a 3kva 24v PSW Beaver, 2x 200ah 12v Gel Ritar , 2x 300w mono installation.

I had to pay the optional installation fee despite my strong background in electricals. Its just easier to pay experts these days.

Please do you have an idea how someone can know the battery charge level for a solar system like this? Because, unlike our smartphone batteries that you can know the charge level (in percentage) from the phone's screen, these big Gel or tubular batteries have no digital display showing battery charge level, so there's always a risk of overcharging or consuming the battery power beyond the safe minimum threshold.

So, if there's a means of knowing the estimated charge level that you can share, it would be helpful. Thanks!
