I don't know what indiscipline means by Buhari's definition.
He should have it in mind that we all are equal in Nigeria and everyone is expected to satisfy certain conditions prescribed by law for an office than shifting responsibilities.

They developed their own nuclear weapons program and built nuclear weapons. They only peacefully stopped the program in line with the nuclear warheads disarmament sanctioned by the United Nations.

The last time I check South Africa independence was in 1994 and pls don't remind me of the apartheid history where minority white where in control and the real South Africans had no right then.
My point is, presently South Africa do not have nuclear weapons as you claimed in your first post. Going into history, I agree with your other post but it is also misleading , since we know South Africa gained independence in 1994. Those nuclear research was done and the weapon assembled b4 1990.
My point is, if Britain decide to build nuclear weapon in 1920 in Nigeria and dismantle it before 1960, can we claim that Nigeria has developed nuclear weapons? Pls take note of the bolded.

Money being spent on pilgrimage, should be diverted into Research and Development, In technology and medicine. Of what national benefit is the pilgrimage our government spends billions on, sending thousands of people to Mecca and Jerusalem.

I was at the Airforce Industries, Kaduna about 4 years ago. Honestly things are still archaic there. We are not at par with this decade at all.

USA is world power today, because they invested in research and development not sponsoring their people on pilgrimage to mecca and jerusalem.

The state government are just very greedy, They kip eating the money allocated to local government and give whatever they like to the local government.
