You need to upgrade your decoder with a patch known as HE-ACC 121p.
Just read through other threads like all about astra 2b for your answers

@microgiant tanks but one more tin. Do i need to plug my decoder to light during the process? and what is d difference between strong loader and strong software.

the loader enables you transfer the software to the decoder and your decoder need to be plugged to light.
PLEASE DO NOT USE PHCN because if light go off your decoder is fried.

@lov4sat,i don't think the one with mytv logo is available now.the one i used is with mytv logo and it's ok.

@all pls how long does it take to upgrade 4669x. because mine is taking to much time. all i see is don't power off the STB then reading 0% for about 1 hr now. or is it the size of flash am using is 8 gig

It is always safer and better to use Rs232 cable and upgrade from a computer.

Press 8280 on your remote while on d RDV channel, this will show d BISS key panel/window on your TV screen
Scroll down to Row no. 19=> All oooooooooooooooooo,
just replace d 1st 16 nos
Press exit, YES when prompted to save changes.

how the you enter the first TP's to get those channels you mentioned.
does your decoder has blind scan function?
the satellite you are onto have you ideas of the TP available in your region.
these are factors to consider.
check them out and report back.

Look for that very model of strong and do a simple stb to stb data transfer and your problem will be solved. Use a null modem cable to do it. Just try it out. I had the same problem and I posted on that on this forum and no one replied. With my own case, the problem is aggravated in that the box doesn’t recognize any remote control. So, even after I succeeded scaling over the pin hurdle, up ti;; to day I am still left with a box which can’t be used since no remote control works with it. By the way my box is 4653x.

I have same problem with my 4653x. I was advised to just get a new one instead of wasting money trying have it fixed.

@lov4sat,there is a slight different between 122p and 110p.i've used the 122p software and the picture and audio quality are awesome.it also improve my box signal quality and boot faster.men it just like hd.

Yes you need to download a software that has the HE-ACC 110p to upgrade your decoder just read through other threads for answers.
but be very very careful when going about this cos it could lead to the killing of your decoder if any thing goes wrong.

110p,120p,121p &122p what difference does it make. is there any special features to this new software that the 110p doesn't have?
make una educate us more on this new software thing

W7 signal is everywhere maybe there is something you are not doing right. be sure that the line of sight between your dish and the satellite and again what is the distance from your house to the house of your friend. it he has the bird's signal you should also have it.
just look for the right frequency and do your tracking again. Free to Air experiment is not about quitting but winning

this your case has only one option left so before I conclude I would like to ask you this; was the decoder test as when you were buying it? if no then return the decoder for a replacement because with 2 lnb and signal level is at 0% indicates that something is wrong some where.
which means the decoder is DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!

I think you should try another lnb to see if the signal improves becos for the signal to be at 0% is not normal at all.
even when your dish is not facing any satellite the signal strength is suppose to be at between 50% and above.
