this is an urgent assignment 4 we all to start educating our young once on SEX EDUCATION. I am forced to raise this topic due to what happen in my area this morning. A young girl of about 15th year's old pass away this morning on child birth imagin her age!!. imagine how young girls nowadays are being impregnated by some irresponsible men!! where is this world heading to? now u see small boys and girls hanging in a dark corner at night( God will help us ooo). So my question is: what have u done or what are u doing to educate dose young once in ur area about SEX EDUCATION? this is a challenge to all my Nigeria people all over the globe let's try and make a change.

I think it's important for parents to start talking to their children about sex at a very early age.  My mom started talking to me when I was 7 years of age.  She was always very open and honest about sex and she taught me that sex is beautiful.  So when I became of age, I wasn't very curious about sex.  I didn't lose my virginity until I was well in my 20's and I did so with a long term boyfriend (boyfriend at the time) who waited 4 years to be sexually intimate with me. 

I think that alot of teenagers indulge in sex very early on because sex is being taught as something that is "dirty."  Alot of parents will not have discussions about sex, so many children are learning about sex via the media and movies.  I feel that in these sex education courses, kids should be allowed to ask alot of open ended questions.  Parents should also have sex discussions with their children as early as possible.  Just my 2 cents.

Many a times I wonder why men tend to be unfaithful with women. I know too well, that every girl can offer what the other could offer. So, can a good philosophical thinker give me a rational reason why most men, if not all, are unfaithful?

Men AND WOMEN who cheat, do not feel good about themselves. Instead of building their self-esteem in a way that is healthy, they seek outside relationships with women/men who make them feel good, sexy, empowered and desired.

I dislike when cheaters project their personal shortcomings onto their mates, by accusing their mates of cheating. Gives them away, everytime.

Guys are not scared of successful women. As a matter of fact, most guys want to be with a successful woman. The problem is that some successful women allow their success to get deep inside their cranium and sink in like a ball of lead. They are unimaginably disrespectful, arrogant, judgmental and combative - this is more pronounced among minority women, especially black women (including African women).

When successful black women start to behave more like Michelle Obama and less like Tyra Banks/Kimora Lee Simmons/Oprah Winfrey, then it will become clearer that guys are not scared of Miss Successful.

I agree with this statement, although; Oprah isn't exactly like Tyra and Kimora.  But I do feel that humbleness goes a long way.  I notice that you always use Michelle Obama as a feminine marker for black women to aspire to.  Michelle Obama is a very strong woman.  Even Obama said, "I know that I can be President, because I can handle Michelle."  He also said in a father's day speech to black fathers, that black women are doing a remarkable job in the community.  The reason why black women promote their success, is because black women have had to be strong by force, not by choice. 

But I'm not a big fan of Tyra and Kimmora.  They are a bit over the top, especially Kimmora.  I would hate to have a friend like that; always running off at the mouth.  (laughing)

Hello Nairaland users, Can you please advice me on what to do. I'm on the verge of losing my 4 months old relationship and right now I just realised that I have never had a relationship for more than 7 months.

Well this is what I advise.  Always remember that in life, whatever one chases; runs away.  It could be that you are holding on too tight.  Building a relationship is like holding an egg in your hand.  If you grasp too tightly, the egg will crack.  You might have to give more details, but this is one of the main reasons why two people, who have chemistry, can't seem to move forward in a long-term relationship. 

Another factor depends on how you view committment.  If you are afraid of committment, the creator will send you a mate who will serve as a mirror reflection of yourself.  The creator will continue to send a reflection in various mates until you understand the lesson.  Fear of committment has alot to do with low self-esteem.  For example, let's say that a particular woman constantly pulls away from you and instead of finding someone who will not pull away, you find yourself addicted to the chase.  Yet, when she submits; you find that you are bored.  The reason why you are now bored, is because you truely dislike the fact that somone likes you.   Your subconscious mind resents the fact that, someone likes and enjoys the person that you dislike; which is yourself.

So what you may have to do, is ask yourself why you wish to hold onto a 4 month relationship where someone is pulling away?  Why not let them go, so they may find their way back to you.  When you let go, this signals to a woman that you are confident.   Letting go, signals that you do not need her to complete you.  Letting go, signals that you are trusting the universe to send you a mate who will not pull away.  Most importantly, you will have to work on yourself, so that you will attract a like minded mate.  Right now, you're probably afraid of committment.  So like a magnet, you are attracting like-minded women.

Questions to ask yourself:  Am I afraid of committment?  Have I healed from past relationships?  Do I love myself?

Anyway the friend is not me and she is AA.  He has been cheating on her for 3 years now and she on him.  It seemed as if their marriage was back on track when he went to Nigeria and things seemed to be much betta.  But alas the cheating started back not long after the MIL arrived.  Now the MIL is due to leave on the 14th and both people are happy to see her go.  The husband because of TMI to revil here and the wife because the mom reports her movements to him.

Well like Richy said, magun is a myth.  The sentence above in bold caught my eye.  They have both been cheating (probably unprotected) for several years.  Your friend should probably go for a GYN visit and she should test for STDs.

Vaginal pain during intercourse is caused by various other reasons like; atrophy (depending on her age),  urethritis (inflamation of the urethra), anxiety (maybe she is nervous from all the cheating she's been doing - laughing).  If she is no longer sexually attracted to him, she may suffer from inadequate lubrication and so on.  

This girl is a glutton for pushment.
