Do we really have the EE-9 Cascavel from Brazil?

There is no picture or evidence of it anywhere
Why are you interested in something that it’s no longer being produced in Brazil anymore?

i think the nigerian air force have a lot of other priority before thinking of getting an AWACS !
You are a little bit late to the party.
The NAF if they so desired have the capability to watch, interpret , act on an area that has been under surveillance for 24+ hours.

This looks like a "new" rocket launcher.

I've never seen this type of Launch vehicle.
It is version of the BR 21 Grad.

Think very carefully about the question you just asked.
Why does someone hide their face when a picture is about to be taken?

Wrong

HAL after inspection offered to make them flight worthy and up to date.

The NAF did not agree with the price . So no word was heard as a result.
RKA is right
You are wrong.
The Indians told the NAF it wasn’t even feasible to repair due to the amount of corrosion.
During this period the UK shut down the last factory responsible for making spare parts.
Currently it is only India that operates the Aircraft.

Nigeria/DICON signed an intent to manufacture Beryl rifles, though we haven't heard much since the deal was signed.
I believe they are being produced in Nigeria considering how many are already on the battlefield.Nigeria ordered 10K.
They are the Standard issue for the AHQ SF.

First set of Heavy Tanks, LtWt Tanks and Artillery all came with Containers of Spares
Some crews were already trained in China
Some Chinese Trainers will come to work out the kinks.
More Tanks 35 Total expected not too little not to much.
Extensive Consultation was done with Soldiers who are actually going to use them.

First of he has the wrong location of where the fatalities occurred.
Second unlike Samuel We don’t deal in hyperbole when it comes to KIA
Third unlike him We don’t work for NGOs
But since we want to be mad
In fact the number 59 is not precise it was 159 to be exact with 50T72 Tanks.
Sorry I don’t do Bold Print.
Back to being Serious.
Some NA soldiers were KIA
Photos of one the locations was shown.
The other location involved loss of equipment neither of these locations correlates to what Samuel breathlessly announces and no it wasn’t 59 according to a Survivor who unlike Samuel was there.
Foreign AffairsRe: Battle Field Discussion (picture/video) Of African Military . by LTGEN: 8:29pm On Mar 16, 2020
There is no hostility towards Samuel.
He loves to exaggerate.
NA lost some Soldiers this weekend .
Even in the Worst it definitely wasn’t up to 50.
We are Nigerians we have friends in all 3 States and we don’t have to type in Bold black just to illustrate a point.
Furthermore Samuel works for an NGO take what he says carefully.
Very carefully.

Not arguing about the place it was "bought" from Serbia
PMB thanked three countries
RUSSIA
ITALY
SERBIA
I believe there was a reason why he thanked Russia
even though Nigeria "bought" the Helicopter from Serbia
and has already purchased the next one from Serbia

Let me tell u a true story

Something what u described in your post was done by a single man - current NSA of India Mr doval

There was a terrorist group in north east India which had become very powerful in a short span of time .

So he learnt the language , did necessary facial changes to make himself look like a mongoloid and managed to join as a recruit . He rose the ranks quickly became a commander.

He was on the highest priority hit list of Indian army .They failed to kill him twice .

In the meantime he successfully created divisions between the group and it split into two groups who ended up killing each other . Lost more than half of cadres . Rest were so disillusioned that doval convinced them it was best to surrender and enjoy the rest of their life on government rehabilitation money.

He then along with his remaining comrades surrendered to the army / government.

My point being - it is doable as it already has been done
it actually has been done before in COLOMBIA and possibly NICARAGUA
let me now pour cold water on this :
The danger of these types of groups going rogue and committing untold, unaccounted atrocities is very hard because of such type of people
are held to very low accountable standards.
UNANSWERED QUESTIONS
Are there moles in BH?
ANSWERED QUESTION
logic dictates if a specific airstrike can target a single individual and take out the #3 BH There are double agents this is what the FG needs to focus on amongst other things.

Interesting. Yes, I think a pure attack platform would be best. Using the Augusta for bandit suppression duties makes some sense, but I fear those bandits are getting braver and bolder. Why, they nearly shot down a police chopper this week. They wouldn't have tried that nonsense if it was a Mi Mil 35 facing them.
I just like the fact that they AUGUSTA has rocket pods that can fire up to 40 rockets.
I will eave the rest for you guys to debate about.
NIGERIA needs more mi171es

Was wondering the same thing, i saw them as transport helis and wondered why we like buying them, instead of buying standard helicopter gunships or attack helis, you know, those made for that purpose.
These ones just look bare, i don't know, just don't like them.
now don't kill me, just saying
I just want someone to tell me when the HELICOPTER is used to fire its mounted guns is it still regarded as a transport HELICOPTER
or when it makes its first kill it becomes a NON- DEFENSIVE HELICOPTER.

Belittling someone because of their opposing views is not good
Basic Tank technology has not changed since WW2 based on the Panzer/ Tiger / Sherman
the real upgrades have been in the FCS, protection ( Chobham, Kevlar or the US or Russian equivalent)
Proforce did during the leadup to the development of the ARA acknowledge that their ultimate goal is to develop a Tank.
feasibility is real if they can get their hands on a decommissioned NA T55 or a Vickers or even use Google.
Here comes the hard part.
After all the r&d will the FG buy it?
