Well, I'm not a gynecologist but, ectopic pregnancy can be detected through pts, so if they'd run the test and it's negative then the lady is not pregnant.
There are few reasons a woman (expecially one hoping to conceive) would be having pregnancy symptoms when she isn't pregnant. If she's sure it's not malaria or other related ailments.
She just have to find a way to see a gyno. Matters like this should be taken serious.

That's the case, the priest himself does not collect a dime from people, but he acts depending on the information presented to him by the financial secretary of the said organization (CWO, CMO, CYON, CGO. etc)
If the said person tells him (the priest) that the dead did not complete his supposed clearance (which is tantamount to not being worthy of a priest presence) the priest would not show up but will send the cathechist instead.
As to your grand father, what I meant by being up to date does not really imply to his regular presence in church, in fact "don't go to church on Sundays but make sure your money is seen when needed" (I hope you understand my point now)?

Your dad wasn't a youth leaving outside Nigeria.
Your dad probably belongs to CMO and they don't always have much to pay for and he pays as at when needed so there wasn't any extra amount to pay.
