Please I need recommendation for my hair. I want to grow out my hair.

I need a hair cream or a hair routine that will boost hair growth, darken my hair and also make my hair fuller and thicker.

PS. I don't have top notch hair genetics, beards genetics and I've also observed some receding in my hairline and I'll also want to retain my hairline and also grow a beard.
