For some years now I've watched the gym morph into an arena where women exhibit their sexiness than a place to attain willpower, discipline, cultivate a healthy lifestyle and be informed on a healthier nutrition.


If they don't distract you with a mound of junk wiggling around mischievously, they will with pv§§¥ wedges deliberately exposed so much you'd question where exactly are you again, or they'd deliberately have an oversized t-shirt on then knot it around their waists just so you can be bewildered, or they can start recording while posing like a meerkat scouting for danger in the Kalahari and expecting you not to pass by or use gym spaces.


Don't even get me started on how they either train poorly or use gym equipment wrongly 😂, while some do appreciate a correction many will seize that opportunity to show an attitude or plainly ignore you.


Or they prevent you from using the bars, smith machine,benches for your heavy lifting while they waste your time with their girlish routines, or they pick up a fight with you for staring. It's why I go in the gym before 7am, get the heck out by 10am, not because I like it but just to have minimal contact with a female, or witness their shenanigans in the gym.


Women all around the world have made the gym a haven for trapping men, sexualizing themselves, ruining marriages/relationships, and prospecting for their "clients". And the Sportswear industry is not helping matters with how their gears are designed to highlight and package these venal regions of the female anatomy.


I'm not against any lady exercising and looking her best self - or in fact dressing however way she pleases in the gym. They should just have their spaces separate from men. Period! Couples/friends can catch up afterwards but let me train in peace!!!


And if you think I'm making stuff up try the gym when it's filled with just men - and I mean real herculean men who are all about business. They're usually very friendly, helpful and you'd learn some new workouts to add to your routine
