Remember that Akwa Ibom state has been blessed with previous administration who did well too making it easy for the present admistration to improve upon what had been done and bring in more development. Delta state has not been so lucky. With Ibori and Uduaghan administration who only squandered the cash without doing any feasible project. Roads were horrible in Delta state. The new general hospital refused to be completed. Okowa's administration came in and started with skill development for young people and infrastructural development. I pray when he leaves, another good government will take over and improve on this development. Gradually, Delta state will get there. Rome was not built in a day.

Yes he is the road master. I am a living witness. Yes he trained young people in different skills to become entrepreneurs, my former colleague is a beneficiary of his fish farming training while my sister in-law learnt sewing.
