This is exactly why it's not always advisable to be overly emotional on any issue. It's why judges are one of the best people, because they maintain their calm and look at the facts presented before them. See how everyone is lambasting this woman, myself inclusive without listening to their own side of the story. This is akin to social media jungle justice. It is well.
How much did she even loan the mum of this baby to warrant this ?
Modified :
It's always good to listen to both sides of a story. After watching this video, I'm afraid to say that the facts has not been presented as it was to the public. Clearly the mum initially abandoned her child. It's left for the authorities to investigate and see through who's lying or saying the truth.
NGpatriot: Your post lack merit since I've already covered that ground, it's there in my post, the post that you should have read and comprehended before posting.
In fact, you basically and intentionally agreed with me that this issue should be decided in a court of law, so who is really peddling a baseless argument? Or it's just that you don't know how to read and comprehend.?
In fact, the only tool and form of adjudication available to any judge is contempt against her, which many journalists are always willing to accept and eat up instead of revealing their sources.
So, you are in favor of a journalist being forced to reveal sources to help your own case, also based on your own favorable sentiments while at the same exposing, endangering and jeopardizing the life of the sources so let's say we start exposing sources and risking their lives, do you really think sources are going to be available to offer information to journalist to help you prove your own case or to save your life in case you are legally challenged in criminal proceedings or before any court of law?
Always be careful what you wish for because what you advocate for today, could be your own undoing tomorrow.
Oga please go and rest, I'm done arguing with you.
NGpatriot: As an investigative journalist, she's under ZERO obligation to reveal her sources, besides, Falana and the Police are not paying her to do their job for them.
Funny enough if it was the other way around with favorable news and your own friendly journalist, you won’t stop bombarding us with noise about intimidation of journalists and attack on democracy, even Falana himself won’t hesitate to run to Channels TV to wail endlessly that this is intimidation and harassment of journalists, democracy is under threat and there's no freedom of the press.
You are all hypocrites..
Your arguments are baseless and lacks merit. A judge can mandate her to provide her source of information since she's commenting on a murder case under investigation. Also where your own right ends, is where another person's own begins. You cannot enjoy full immunity hinged on freedom of speech when you are suggesting to authorities that you know something about an ongoing investigation on a murder case. Even the police intimidation you're mentioning is totally unrelated to the subject matter, she's not being arrested but will only be providing useful information. Where she refuses, then a court will mandate her to speak and if she lies under oath, she's liable for obstruction of justice.
Very simple, she should come and explain how she came to such weighty conclusions that the late boy was a cultist and that he consented to drinking "engine oil". How did she know that the injested liquid was engine oil? Unless she has some insider information (because she definitely wasn't in the hostel when it happened), which will serve as a good contribution to the investigation. They shouldn't overlook her allegations, since she wants to be mad, they should start from her...
This post is misleading, this particular traffic light if I'm not mistaken, is the one at gra junction. The light is not yet functional because the exit towards waterlines bridge is still under construction so traffic is not expected to get to that point. All other traffic lights in ph are duly obeyed. Don't read this one and be forming James bond in ph, wike boys will just use you and shine.

wink2015: WHY DON"T NIGERIA HAVE A REGIONAL FEDERAL SECRETARIAT?
Why must everything be centralised in Abuja?
Southern leaders must start thinking out of the box.
Federal secretariat should be DECENTRALISED to the regions so that regions can start feeling the sense of the centre even though they are not in Abuja.
Places like Benin city, Warri, Makurdi, Kaduna, Akure, Yenagoa, Aba, Enugu should have federal secretariat to deal with specific aspect of federal government business.
JavaScript90: A top ranking us official(that should be a former secretary of state, can't really remember but he is a black man) died about a month ago or two. He was already fully vacinated but covid still killed him. If covid vaccine can't stop you from getting infected, then, why on Earth should people be vacinated?
Collin Powell
There's definitely some ulterior motives behind this vaccine mandates. Big pharma said they are yet to understand omicron fully but they still want everyone vacinnated with a vaccine that neither heals nor prevents the transmission of covid, while refusing to accept liabilites for any adverse effects the vaccine might cause. This is absurd.
It will depend on what area of computer programming you'd like to focus on, however a generic route would be
Computer appreciation>Html>css>Javascript>python>mysql>php> extras will be >kotlin/swift>flutter>Django >etc
But if you don't have passion or just want to make quick money... It's not a right place to start. Get a normal job first then gradually embark on the programmer's journey.
Igbos are your problem. Igbos, the land locked barren land with mud is the problem of we Niger Deltans
Meehhhhnnnnn this is funny , Nigeria is a funny country
I am still trying to figure out the rationale behind this bill,Gombe, kogi, Anambra,Borno? Niger Delta members. Lol
So borno now will have NEDC and NDDC... Interesting times we live in. I hope someone in the nearest future won't cry blue murder when a president from another region implements and amplifies this wonderful nepotistic blueprint this Apc is leaving us with.
