I read an article where a guy invested about 500k in a rice business and makes 40k per week based on their agreement. That is like making 160k a month and in 4months, he has already recovered his investment.

The list alone is about 500k. Meaning I would budget at least 700k. For the trad. Then an apartment and utilities. 600k Minimum. I did all the calculations and felt it was better to grow it a bit more.

With the capital I had, thought about a more stable business I could invest in. Now, I reached out to a friend back in school. He was into wood trade. He encouraged me to try wood trade. The biggest mistake I made. The Timber business has screwed me. Now, my girl feels we should have settled down while I had that 2million. She now feels like she is wasting her time with me. But my intention really was to grow the capital a bit more. I had even proposed to her.

My thought exactly. You made a mistake for not settling down with her when you hit #2million.

Most NGOs have a budget for the stipend of their volunteers, hence, don't just accept volunteers anyhow. There should be something you want to offer as a volunteer and not just to come get the experience.
I was good with computers, so I volunteered to work as a data entry assistant in a state level NGO, while on it, I put eyes in other program areas like M&E, Proposal writing, and guess what, within 6 months, I was made an M&E Officer for one big project like that.
With that experience, I applied for a job in a bigger NGO and got it. From there, I have worked with other bigger international and indigiounous NGOs.
Today, my salary is unimaginable and most of my friends envy me but I have tried to link them to volunteer but after a month or less, they will drop because of the little stipend they get.
They want to earn like me but they don't want to start like me

But, you can't judge Jessi because he played for only one club. Sir Alex Ferguson is regarded as one of the greatest coach but if I may ask, how many clubs does he coach to attain that feat? Should we say that Guardiola is better and has achieved more than Fergie?

The fact that CR7 played for more clubs and won trophies with them is wonderful but you can not discredit messi on that premise.

Lol.... reason why I don't bother complaining to any of npower social media account is because I know that when it comes to stipends, the handlers are as clueless as volunteers.
The same technical issues that have been causing delays for over a year now is still ever present according to you. You are just playing on our intelligence. Tell them anything to buy time is what you people are doing when it comes to payment.
If the programme is not sustainable anymore, feel free to let us know. People will grumble for days/weeks and move on. Its better than giving them hope and making them beg for work done.

If that 270k rent is anything above mini flat, then its a no no. Get a cheaper accommodation let's say a mini flat, get married(meanwhile, it will be good if she is also contributing financially) and save up to buy a small piece of land and start building your own house.
