That's why we have taken the initiative to contribute our little effort to ensuring a percentage of unemployment in Nigeria is yanked off after a period of 1 to 5 years. We are strategically working to build a solid system that will benefit Nigerians in and out of the country. Now we need you to join in this effort.

Also, we understand that there are hundreds of jobs portal in Nigeria but there are also hundreds of unadvertised/internally announced vacancies that we get a hold on daily. Hmmm..... Good one there. We tend to be bias when attacking our culture mostly from the perspective that it isn't fair on women. I agreed to some extent. However, this same culture bestow so many responsibilities on men but women tend to look away. Imagine the extend to which a man will have to go before getting married to a woman. Some run into debt just to fulfil all marital rites. It was the same culture that made it so but we tend to look away from that.
Maybe misconception of the word ''submission'' is what's causing issues here. If we are to abolish any culture, it should be wholistic and if we are to maintain and preserve it, it should also be wholistic.

Derenle started like that, but now he is into millions. This one again, became controversial, that everyone is now abusing him, not knowing that in actual fact, in the course of abuse through social media, you are actually promoting him and marketing him too and that's what the mods always do here to take it to front page to get him bashed. In this country you have to be controversial to make huge money especially in a crowded entertainment industries. He can't even speak correct English, yet many graduates that graduated even with 2.1 and above will never get good marketing deal like this na only to employ them to follow product delivery van and give them pea nutts like 50k/month. Same way goes to musicians winning endorsements here and there whereas graduates spending hours in production line to make the products or the likes are paid peanuts.

Lol....this is why Nigeria isn't working. We rely heavily on prayer and expect miracle to happen without lifting a finger. The last time I checked Nigeria has the highest number of worship houses in the world, highest number of pastors and Imams with several millions of worshippers yet, its one of the most corrupt, backward country with all her endowments(resources). Tell me, what other prayer do you suggest that has not been said before and after we were born? God will not do what you can do for you. That' why He gave us brain so we can be independent and solve some of our problems. If you like stay indoor and have 40 days dry fasting and prayer, I tell you, nothing will change UNTIL we decide to go by ACTION!!!

N-power is at fault as far as I am concerned. With the advent of BVN, they can detect who is working from who is not and then automatically screen them out. For Christ sake, they ask the potential volunteers to drop their BVN during registration so what exactly do they do with it? Its a show of inadequate management on the part of N-power officials. They can easily compare it to NYSC but the management style are not in any way related.
They can screen out volunteers that are already engaged with the BVN at their disposal.

As much as the program requires full concentration of volunteers according to N-power, the way volunteers are been treated by N-power may not complement their claim. You are fond of not paying them as at when due and you don't still want them to do any other job! Be real please. Majority of them rely solely on the 30k and you are more than comfortable to withhold their stipend without any reason.

What the op is trying to say is that it should be a JOINT decision. We all are aware that childbirth isn't a joke but unfortunately, we all have our biological responsibilities. It's very simple: tell her the reason why you're setting her up is so she can assist in the family upkeep. If she's still adamant, then don't invest.
Meanwhile, during your relationship with her, how generous is she in terms of giving? If she's the type that gives also, then I guess she wouldn't mind assisting but unfortunately, most of our girls believe guys/husbands should be the "only" one giving when it comes to relationship. Any such girl with such mentality will hardly change even after marriage.

Hmmm.... its very obvious that she has moved on but her heart never moved on.
