I must report myself to the whole nairalanders: worst thing I did to my ex before we broke up:

1. beat her up
2. took her atm and withdrew all the notes in it and spent nights sleeping from one hotel to another so as to deplete such funds.

I'd suggest that guys tend to lose in a relationship based on the following reasons: while chasing/trying to woo the lady it's always a new experience to him, he is always prepared cos she might be unpredictable and act funny cos life is an adventure. So the lady believes that since she'd accepts the guy's proposal the guy should live up to billing.

I think what a woman wants from her man is a shoulder to lean on, a pillar to her in time of distress and above all one to show her love.
